“Terrible customer services - ordered a swing set 2 weeks ago which promised delivery before the Easter holidays. Nothing has arrived yet - no one answers the phone or replies to my emails. Would not use again”

“Terrible service, items arrived in part orders with out in information about the missing items or the second part of the delivery, this was a present for my grandsons birthday and the whole thing was ruined.”

“My experience is sadly the same as many other disgruntled customers Delivery incomplete the apparatus is unuseable we have a very upset granddaughter no response to emails and no answer to the many calls made....”

“We ordered a double swing and Monkey Bars 3rd March, on a 7-10 day delivery, when it arrived another week later there was one critical parcel missing. It is now the 5th April and after 10 phone calls totalling over 4hrs and counting (mostly on hold), 2 emails (unanswered) and many broken promises we still have no idea when we might get the missing pieces. We paid over £400 and still no usable equipment and impossible to contact Outdoor Toys or trust what they tell us on the rare occasion the calls are answered by a person. The staff are very friendly but nothing they say can be believed. We are now resorting to having to invoke our rights under the Consumer Services Act (as advised by Citizens Advice) to get a resolution. 2 very sad children for the Easter holidays!”

“Faulty item. Been trying to resolved since February. Was getting replies until I refused a discount on a fault they cannot fix. I wanted a replaced or a refund. Since my response to them, no one has got back to me. I’ve emailed 4-5 times and tried to call and NO ONE ANSWERS.”

“The initial delivery was incorrect. The subsequent 'customer service' was abysmal. Multiple further deliveries were dispatched, which were incorrect. After one month of complaints, a full refund was refused. This company are a shambles. Complete crooks and will happy breach the 2015 Consumer Rights Act.”

“since placing an order 13 days ago I have received no communication about a despatch date and the customer services department didn't answer , I had been on hold for over an hour. The complaints department email simply bounces back as unrecognised. Contacted my credit card company to get the funds returned.”

“Utterly disgusting company to deal with, it has taken nearly a month for my order to be delivered, it was dumped on my drive and missing the main component, a slide. Customer service is terrible I have spent nearly an hour on hold on the phone and emails are useless, I fear the company is going bust. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY.”

“SO MY SONS BIRTHDAY TOMORROW AND AFTER 3 PLUS WEEKS IT HAS NOT ARRUVED-- NO PRESENT. I HAVE CALLED, EMAILED FOR THE LAST 3 WEEKS OVER AND OVER, IT WAS PROMISED I WOULD HAVE THIS A DISGRACE. THEY DIDNT BOTEHR PLAYING FAST SERVICE FOR DELIVERY . STAY CLEAR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY SAID COULD HAVE DELIVERED TODAY BUT YOU HAVE NOT PAID FOR THIS? I WANT THIS TODAY! “**BEWARE - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY *** Not received all the items. Have tried really hard to get remainder sent. They refuse to help even though on both their login and the DX couriers it clearly states that not all items have been delivered. They refuse to engage and deal with it and if you look at their own returns policy which breaches the law they don't even adhere to it. Having to take further action.”

“Appalling customer service. Says products in stock online but no sign of deliver of the item. I spent over 800 pounds and spent an hour on the phone yesterday no answer. Managed to get through today and said I like to cancel my order, the man on the phone sounded exhausted and did it within a seconds, no questions why just did it!! Avoid this company!”

“Unreliable Electric Vehicles They don't answer the phone so you can't discuss any problems. 2 Electric Vehicles both stopped working within 2 months of them being new. Very sad 3 year old and no closer to resolution as they don't answer the phone”

“I purchased monkey bars and an adventure kit back on 20/02/2024 for my daughters main birthday present which was 27/02/2024. The delivery was late due to shipping times which was fine as i know things are out of your control when it comes to deliveries however some of the parts were missing. I first contacted you 05/03 regarding missing parts which Beth was helping with replacing. The "missing parts" that was shipped finally arrived 12/03/2024 but was incorrect and was a tiny little half circle pole. I called up 12/03/2024 and was advised the 2 correct parts would be shipped out ASAP. On 14/03/2024 i then received 1 of the correct missing parts but not the other, i called up that same day and was informed the correct part would be with me 15/03/2024. Its not 18/03/2024 and the missing part still hasn't been received, its been almost 4 weeks of problems. I have called this afternoon and advised that DX lost part of the shipment and the remaining missing part is again out for delivery. That part has since arrived and was again the incorrect part!!!!! Still not resolved over a month down the line. Emailed your complaints dept 4 times first offered £40 giftcard which isn't good enough and my other 3 emails no response AVOID!!!!!!”
