“Filters are very good, quite expensive, but way too much packaging, single use plastic that will probably end up in landfill.”

“Recently purchased filter package for my osmio zero Delivered very promptly . All ok excerpt for the block which fits into water cylinder which cannot be secured - so not tight. I fact I continue to use old block Not that happy”

“The Reverse Osmosis filter is very good and we hjave had over two yeatrs of trouble free use. The only issues that we have had are: (i) mould in the supply tank and (ii) no automatic filter renewal notice.”

“Efficient service. Water filter excellent. Couple of issues with triflow tap though.. (1) instructions mention an adapter for filtered water connector but nothing in box! (2) filtered water connector had some weird 12mm screw fitting rather than standard fittings that you expect on a flexible tap connector - had to replace the flexi tap connector which is irritating! Hot and cold flexi connectors were as expected so why on the filtered water different? Actual water filter had normal pushfit connectors - excellent!”

“Good product, good service. My Osmio water filter heating element had become defective and needed replacing. The old element had ‘arc’d’ at one of its terminals which was a bit worrying as it was obvious a large flame had momentarily occurred. Replacement element purchased and fitted which was a bit fiddly but thanks to good old YouTube I got it done…”

“I Ordered Osmio duo hydrogen water bottle . There seemed to be a bit of a mix up and delivery firm lost my parcel which was not ideal . However the company went above and beyond to have an immediate replacement sent in the very short time frame I required it in . Regularly updating by email . Very impressed with the response and the quality of the product is fantastic. Thank you Osmio”

“We have the OsmioZero which performs well. The flow is a bit limited particularly when using the hot water functions. With 'boiling' water the contents have cooled significantly before a cupful is drawn. As a result we do not use the hot water function. As a company Osmio perform well and deliver their items promptly, including the replacement filters.”

“Great product, good value, well packaged and extremely rapidly delivered. My only criticism is that there is no option to select a slower, cheaper delivery time. After all, I can use the old filter for a few more days, or order the new one earlier.”

“I would have given excellent but the manual is not comprehensive enough. I rang for technical support which was helpful but more detail needs to be provided in the manual. Happy so far with the water bottle and feeling the benefit. Hopefully this will continue.”

“Great product. Haven’t tested the strength of water yet but the videos online give me confidence. Only suggestion would be to make the battery a bit better and also make the bottle lid hex shape so you can get it tighter. I tighten it as hard as I can but still it leaks.”

“This company, particularly the owner have a genuine passion for the health and wellbeing of people and planet. Their products are an overflow of this. They recently replaced my old Zero for a fusion and it suits our need's better than the zero did.”

“Haven't been using it long but so far we are very happy with the cold water from the Osmio Zero although sometimes the very hot isn't quite working right and seems to splutter a lot meaning I have to clean the area around it every day. When working correctly it's fine for a cuppa tea. I had to buy a tray for underneath too so I could pull it out easier, I wish it came with one. It's difficult to find right size, had to buy pack of 6 flower pot trays. I don't have to buy spring water anymore which is great. It's easy to use.”

“I love my osmio, I have a Zero, and I would get a better system, but I am a bit anxious about reviews that say that any problems are not sorted out and that the manager is unpleasant about such things. I don't expect these complex systems to be without teething problems, but given the cost of them, such problems should be sorted out. I don't like the idea that I would have to deal with management with a bad attitude if something went wrong. So for now I will stick with the zero and not upgrade. We've had it for a couple of years, with no problems so thank you. (I am only referring to problems within the first 12 months, I feel a warranty should cover it so that I don't need to worry about unexpected bills).”

“All is good as per usual. The Active Ceramins Filters are basically 50% of the cost of the Whole House Filtration Unit. Is there no way to get the cost to a more reasoble amount. Even the GAC/KDC is not that cheap but at least that and the Micron 5 filters are more reasonable”
