I was not informed there would be a delay on dispatch and delivery when ordering replacement filters. Furthermore, on attempting to change the filters, and sanitize the system, the instructions I had, from the download of the manual, on originally purchasing the Fusion, was, by far, inadequate, and inaccurate. I only discovered an updated version existed when I called the technical line regarding the inadequacies and inaccuracies. In future, if or when you update your product manuals, it would be considerate of you to inform your customers of this occurrence. Thank you.
