“Had a problem with delivery, not their fault but was amazed at how efficient the reply was, the attempt to solve the issue, friendly feedback and I even had follow up to check resolution. I have used Osmio for water filters for 5 years or so and to date have always had good experiences.”

“I've always used Osmio since I ordered my filter and I'm very happy with the service. Always speedy delivery and good packaging. The only thing that would improve matters is a bespoke recycling service for the filter cartridges: it's a shame to throw them away.”
