“Item was dispatched quickly... very easy to use, loving it so far especially noticed a difference with the flavour of tea also it doesn’t stain the cups any more. We drink lots of water so the capacity on the Osmio is perfect for us. Definitely recommend. Thank you.”

“Great customer service. Had a small problem related to the Tap (aging concern not new) for which had seeked assistance from the team. “I bought a water filter from Osmio a few months ago. The aftersale customer support I received from Osmio was outstanding!! They patiently and thoroughly answered all my queries and had phone calls to understand my situation and requirements in detail to recommend the right solutions. And they went above and beyond the expected to make sure that my problem is actually resolved, proving that it was right to put my trust in them. Hats off to you all.”

“Contacted Osmio on several occasions Prior to taking delivery of my espresso machine. This was to enquire about the product and how it would improve the water quality for taste and help protect my machine from any scale and corrosion due to poor water quality. Everyone who I spoke with was friendly and helpful and most importantly knowledgeable about the product. Mark was very helpful when discussing water mineralisation and my needs for the espresso machine. Order was then made and delivery as advertised with the unit arriving the very next day. The important things to me now days is finding a good product which is well supported and good customer service all which Osmio provide. I would definitely recommend Osmio to anyone looking for any water related treatment.”

“Dear Osmio, I was very impressed with the speedy delivery! we have had to get rid of our KFLOW RO system as there are issues with replacement filters, so I made sure to order replacements alongside your system. “I fitted my 25 watt unit in July 2020 and the bulb should have lasted 8000 hours that’s about 333 days. It lasted one year and nine months - well over the guaranteed distance. Thank you Osmio. David Llewellyn”
