“Review: Osmio Zero 3.0 I cannot recommend the Osmio Zero 3.0 highly enough. It has been a fantastic addition to my home, and I am extremely happy with its performance. Before diving into the product, I have to give a massive shoutout to Mark. Dealing with customer service can often be a headache, but Mark handles all enquiries to an absolute top-tier standard. I asked for information down to a very granular level, and he provided everything I needed with incredible professionalism and helpfulness. ### The Product Experience The unit itself is a masterclass in design and functionality. Here is my breakdown of the experience so far: Performance & Filtering: The water quality is genuinely amazing. You can really taste the difference the filtering makes. While the taste takes a little getting used to initially, it is by no means bad it’s just cleaner than what you’re likely used to. The "Tea" Feature: This is absolutely brilliant. Having instant hot water that is perfectly calibrated hot enough to brew, but not so scalding that it ruins the tea is a daily luxury. Chill Mode: This feature has been a lifesaver, especially during the recent hot weather. Having chilled, purified water on tap is fantastic. Design & Usability: The concentrated water tank design is very clever. It’s also incredibly easy to change the filters, which shows just how well-thought-out this device is. Noise Levels: While the device is a bit loud when it is actively purifying, it is to be expected given the process. Overall, the noise level is more than acceptable and is a non-issue for me. Areas for Future Improvement While I am thrilled with the device, there are two small areas that could make a great product even better: 1. Tank Lid: I would love to see a separate cover or lid for the concentrated water tank to keep things neat when filling. 2. Capacity: For two people, the current capacity is just fine. However, if the designers could increase the capacity in future iterations, it would be a perfect improvement. Final Verdict The water flow is a little slow, but given the quality of the output, I’m more than happy to wait a few extra seconds. Overall, this is an extremely impressive, high-quality device that is absolutely worth the money. I could not be happier with the Osmio Zero 3.0.”

“Initially I was delivered the wrong product but this was addressed immediately and the correct product sent. I ordered the vit c shower head and I love it! I live in a hard water area and always use conditioner on my hair, I didn't need it!!!”

“Mark was very helpful and prompt with his support. He went above my expectations from start to finish. I have not installed the filters yet but the service Mark gave was great. If the Product is as good as their service then I will be a very happy customer. I wish in the future the filter prices come down without compromising the quality.”

“Order was for service parts for my Osmio Vitalia Chrome 3-Way (Tri-flow) Kitchen Tap. My tap is now ten years old and the tap valves still in good order. The issue was with a leaky spout. Fitted the new O rings etc and tap good as new. Fast delivery job done”

“innovative company, this convenient source of clean water is life changing. The Osmio 3 is brilliant. All the problems in the original version have been addressed. I really like having the option of cool water (not ice cold), that you can draw a litre at once, and the dirty water does not go back into the same tank as the raw water any more. For a small household this is ideal, even though I am emptying and filling the tank several times a day that is a small price to pay for non-plumbed clean water on tap. I wish there was a printed manual. I wish the information in the manual was more detailed and comprehensive as there is a lot about the machine and how it works that you have to figure out yourself, and is either not mentioned at all or glossed over. I am a copywriter and can see the lack of engagement at this level, or the lack of perception that this is an issue, and this sells the machine short.”

“The world of water filters is complicated. I had more questions than answers until I found this Kent-based company who took me through the details. Mark is their in-house expert who patiently answered all the questions I had without trying to push me into a sale. So refreshing to talk to someone who actually knows about their products! I like the fact that they can supply unit parts if needed in the future. Also that the machine can go back for repair, if you find you can’t do it yourself. In this throwaway world, this is amazing.”
