“I think so much about Osmio is first-class. However, I cannot understand why you do not include setting up instructions and explanatory video with each water filter. Even with help from your very pleasant advisers, I am still uneasy about whether I installed it correctly. The tap goes skewiff, sometimes. I have one washer left over. All very mystifying.”

“I love Osmio Gravity Fed Systems! Not Aluminium when filtering most of the Fluoride. Be good if ALL Fluoride was filtered because Fluoride accumulates in the body, but it's the best on the market in the world for its price.”

“I needed replacement o-rings for a 3-way tap. Had a very helpful dialogue by phone and email and was sent a video of how to dismantle the tap for the replacement. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it would have been nice to get a sachet of silicone grease with the o-rings - now that would be perfection!”

“bought a replacement filter set for my Osmio Zero - easy to order, and dispatched quickly. Wasnt that well packed, and it is a shame the company dont offer a recycling scheme for their filter pack.”

“The Osmio water filter works well for me. My only regret is my inability to dispose of the filters in an eco friendly way. I cannot use a hacksaw to dismember them hopefully the innovative company will find an answer to this problem.”

“I ordered water filters on 9th May and paid as they were showing as in stock. However, they weren't in stock and I waited almost 3 months for delivery. The staff did keep me informed, but the website does need to be checked for correct info,as it was really frustrating waiting that long when my filters had run out.”

“Osmio zero is ok but If I would have an option to swap models I would go for fusion one. The most annoying in osmio zero is replacing water tank 2 or even 3 times per day even if you live in 2 person family.”

“I am a cutomer of osmio since 2017 , from my point of view i have osmio zero water purifier which is 3+ year old i would recon you should come up with something like buy back , gettingrid of old system with new one with discount.”

“I like this water filter, however it is not perfect. I think Brita is filtering the water more. Osmio is made from glass but still some parts ofvthr ceramic filters are made from plastic and immersed in the water all the time. Another thing it is difficult to find a right place in the kitchen for such filter because it is quite big and requires clearance for the tap.”

“I bought the replacement filters. I really enjoy my filter, the perfect water taste and quality. The only issue I have with the water filter is the dispenser, is too high for a cup it splashes the water.”

“The Osmio Zero was delivered in good time and it is working perfectly and is great for making tea and coffee and fresh drinking water. Only time will tell if it carries on working well and we don't need to change the cylinders more than once every couple of months.”
