I needed replacement o-rings for a 3-way tap. Had a very helpful dialogue by phone and email and was sent a video of how to dismantle the tap for the replacement. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it would have been nice to get a sachet of silicone grease with the o-rings - now that would be perfection!
