“I purchased my Osmio reverse osmosis system 2 years ago. Great Company to deal with as they are helpful on the telephone for things like ordering replacement filters, or dealing with any technical enquiries. The selection of water temperatures is a great feature as I like to make my tea with boiling water, but coffee a little cooler. A great product!”

“We live in a hard water area and find that using the Coldstream filter eliminates a lot of limescale and leaves the water crystal clear. We recommend using these filters.”

“Great company and great products—very durable and well-designed. Great technical support also—when one of the parts wore out due to normal wear and tear after years, I was able to buy replacement parts. I received clear instructions on how to handle the repair myself. They even sent me an additional small hose I forgot to order in a separate free parcel. (I'm not saying they will always do that, obviously, but it was a nice gesture.) Customer service is always super friendly. I wish more companies would treat customers and their business in a similarly professional fashion.”

“I enjoy clean pure , taste & odour free, water thanks to Osmio. Most people who visit comment on how nice our water tastes. I’ve had the system in for a few years now and the only down side is drinking water outside of our home….. not good.”

“It was good but after the first go it started doing a problem where it constantly does a 4 minute cycle on repeat and the power button wont work i have let the battery die and charged it again but this problem is still occuring see if you can help thanks”

“I am very surprised and bitterly disappointed with the 3 litre humidifier 2 water container. This is made with very low grade, incredibly thin plastic (Copet grade 1) that is usually only recommended for one off use, hardly what you need with a machine that is used every day!. Why Osmio have put their name on this product is concerning and how it's passed the normally high Osmio quality control is beyond me. I have spent a great deal of money on quality Osmio products over the years but if this is anything to go by I will be need to check very carefully in future before buying any further products.”

“What I don't like (and I think I wrote the same on the previous delivery) is the waste of cardboard/paper to meke the packcaging. In fact it is to big fo just one filter. Moreover the packaging was damaged because too empty but the content fortunately was not.”
