“Nice filter and happy with the product,the watet has definitely a much better taste. Maybe it could be designed a bit smaller but this is just my opinion as I like things a bit neater. Overall happy”

“The three-way tap seems well-made and good-looking. It is safely wrapped. The enclosed installation instructions in Italian and English need to be edited. Step 6 is not translated, and the English version needs its grammar corrected. Also, not all of the enclosed parts are referred to, somit is not clear what to do with them, whether they all need to be used or whether somemare spares. The information on the website is of higher quality.”

“Seems to be functioning well although only fitted the past couple of days. Was not quite as DIY fittable as expected so a simple job for a plumber not me. Easy to order and received fast. Look forward to improved water quality in coming weeks.”

“Overall, satisfaction with the service provided and instructions provided to assemble the device clear enough. Would help to provide a small tool(and clean) to screw the pieces mainly the tap as doing it with the fingers is not very efficient and clean. Thanks.”

“Overall pleased with the product, which is fairly unique. Unfortunately ours had a fault in the first few weeks so it had to be returned for repair. The main round button is fairly flimsy and since the repair does not rotate as smoothly as when brand new. I also dislike the fact that you can't stop the machine making the ping noise when dispensing water. Otherwise great to have RO water on countertop!”

“Love the product. Just needs to have a 'how to set up guide'. There's one for the filters but took me a while to figure out the tap. If you don't get it right it leaks.”
