“I found Origin Architectural to be very helpful during the ordering process, and the products themselves are of good quality. However, I would not recommend them due to a significant issue with their service model. They do not offer installation services, and while they do provide recommendations for fitters, they take no responsibility for any problems that may arise during installation - even when those problems involve their recommended installer. In my case, I used an installer they suggested and paid a substantial amount for what turned out to be just a single day's work. Unfortunately, the end result was poor, and now I’m left covering the cost of two replacement panels, and I have no idea if they arrived damaged or were damaged on installation. Both Origin and the installer are pointing fingers at each other, and I’m stuck paying for something I had no hand in. While I understand their position to some extent, I strongly believe that if a company is recommending someone to carry out part of the service, they should stand behind that recommendation and ensure the job is done to a professional standard. That was not my experience. To avoid similar frustration, I would strongly advise choosing another company that handles both supply and installation. That way, you won’t be caught in a blame game if something goes wrong. Save yourself the hassle - I wish I had.”

Hi Chris Thanks for the review and we are sorry that your installation did not go to plan. We have trusted installers that we work with throughout the country. The vast majority of our installations go to plan and our customers are really pleased with the results. Our products are designed to be as simple as possible to install. Many of our customers take the decision to use a builder or to install themselves. With your installation , you were keen that there was no site survey before the installation was completed. In hindsight this made the installation more complicated than perhaps it could have been. One of the panels was damaged during installation which we replaced at less than cost. Now that your balustrade is completed, our understanding is that you are pleased with it. All the best The Origin Team

“I talked with a number of suppliers, but, decided to go with ORIGIN because they took the time to explain about the materials, safety aspects and the installation. Nick was very patient and walked me through the entire process . The product is superior and looks stunning " a real feature" I would not hesitate in recommending Nick and his team to anyone wishing to install a glass balustrade.”

“I brought a balustrade for my terrace I am so pleased with the product I chose ,The order process was very easy and delivery quick and installation instructions easy to follow .Tom who I dealt with at the company was fantastic and always got back If I had any questions I would no hesitation in recommend the company and will definitely use again on any future projects.”

“We’ve recently purchased a Portia Juliet Balcony from Origin and it looks absolutely stunning, we are so pleased with it! This is our second purchase from Origin and find their products and service second to none. Great prices too compared to other companies. “Robyn who served me went above and beyond to help me, We was nearly the victim of a different company who went into liquidation, luckily Robyn went above and beyond to help knowing our prior problems, she delivered exactly what we wanted, and in super fast time. “Got back to me straight away all metal arrived within a couple of days as promised any advice I needed Tom was always there and the glass which was supposed to take 7-10 days came after 3 so wouldn’t go anywhere else”
