“We had quite a complex design with a double patio and curves on each one. Nick guided us carefully through the measuring of the panels and the results are amazing. The services was very professional and delivery prompt. Nothing was too much trouble. If we need anything else like this we will certainly use them again and will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family”

“Very happy with Origin and Nicks professional help and advice. Also extremely pleased with the quality of the metal work. Everything was delivered as planned and nothing was missing from my order. Mine was only a relatively small order of an L shape balustrade around a timber deck and it looks great. The assembly was straight forward and assisted by the on line videos. Thanks Nick for your superb service”

“We are really pleased with the service we received from this company and very happy with our balustrade. Nick was quick to respond whenever we had questions during the ordering process. We were kept informed of delivery dates etc. Everything felt clear and friendly and efficient. We were able to return part of our order that we didn't need in the end - all straightforward. “From my initial discussions with Nick regarding my "project/requirements" he was nothing but top class. From initial planning to placement of order to assisting promptly with any installation queries Nick could not have been more helpful. “Ordered all the glass and metalwork for a balcony balustrade — really pleased with the whole experience. Nick was brilliant throughout, helpful and knowledgeable when I had questions during the ordering process. Delivery was quick and everything arrived well packaged. The quality of both the glass and the metalwork is excellent — looks clean, modern and exactly what I wanted. Will definitely use again for future projects and would happily recommend to anyone looking to do something similar”

“We bought a glass balustrade to go around the decking walkway which is part of our new extension. Jon, who project managed everything for us, recommended Origin Architectural as he had used them before and had a good experience. He initially liaised with Nick at Origin, and I subsequently liaised with Nick as well. He was extremely helpful and approachable, and his communication was great with regards to sending a quote, sorting out and confirming the order, and confirming all the delivery details. Their price was competitive compared to other companies. We are extremely pleased with the finished product and would happily recommend Origin Architectural.”
