“Fantastic service and quality of product. Really delighted with ease of ordering, communications, speed of delivery and the end result! Fantastic job done by Origin helping this first time DIY fitter! It was pretty simple to fit myself - needing only a few M10 washers and nuts in addition to the Origin order. Only minor note is that the bolts for the corner posts are too long for their caps, so needed cutting down once fitted; and offering a hole drilling guide/clamp would be useful for getting the handrail holes in the right place (the stainless steel is so tough, the drill-bit wanders a bit before biting!). Overall though delighted with the quality and service and would use again / recommend.”

“A glass panel in my Origin Balustrade, purchased 4 years ago, recently shattered into pieces. I assume this was due to stresses caused by this summer’s heat waves. I called Origin and Maisie was very helpful, ordering a replacement panel and new rubber gaskets for the glass clamps. The customer service from Maisie at Origin was fantastic. Origin Architectural is a great company to deal with. The Balustrade still looks great after 4 years.”

“First time I’ve dealt with origin and just wanted to say what a great company they are to deal with. It was only a small value order but Nick went out of his way to help me. I even got a call out of hours on a Friday evening from him to progress the order. Credit where it’s due. Outstanding service. Thankyou Origin David wilde”

“Here at LEF we stand by a slogan built stronger to last longer. Being in Shetland, Glass Balustrades are not stocked anywhere and the risk of buying without seeing is all we can do. Brad's customer service was brilliant and everything he assured happened. The Quality is perfect, the delivery time and packaging was perfect. I cant recommend them enough. First Class, will 100% use them again for up and coming projects. Regards Matthew Campbell Facilities Lead”

“We had quite a complex design with a double patio and curves on each one. Nick guided us carefully through the measuring of the panels and the results are amazing. The services was very professional and delivery prompt. Nothing was too much trouble. If we need anything else like this we will certainly use them again and will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family”

“Very happy with Origin and Nicks professional help and advice. Also extremely pleased with the quality of the metal work. Everything was delivered as planned and nothing was missing from my order. Mine was only a relatively small order of an L shape balustrade around a timber deck and it looks great. The assembly was straight forward and assisted by the on line videos. Thanks Nick for your superb service”
