“It was really good experience from start to end. Tom from Origin was really helpful from start to end. He sent me a lot of information to make sure all is going well with my skyforce installation. He called few times to make sure the skyforce is delivered on time when we need it. I would definitely use the company again”

“they're customer service is excellent they helped me with planning,with my dimensions on more then one occasion the price was very good and the delivery was very vert good had the post with in two days of placing my order and the glass with in a week of giving the final dimensions as for returns and refunds not use it but if they do as good a job with everything else l would expect it would be of a high standard too”

“The team at Origin were really helpful and understanding when planning the balustrade for our patio area. Provided indicative costs and then took us through the steps required for construction answering questions promptly. Product was delivered on time, is of high quality and looks great. Would highly recommend.”

“Having shopped around for Juliet balcony glass of a non-standard height, and running into brick walls with all the usual glass providers, we were so pleased to find Origin Architectural. Origin proved to be the most responsive, least expensive and most creative in their approach - providing the best customer support and advice from start to finish (thank you, Nicole!). So glad we were able to work with them on this final bit of a total house renovation! Beautiful product, highly recommended all round.”

“Our balcony had an unsightly metal frame set inside the wall. This was replaced with two spans of "OnLevel" "Flex Fit" glazing held in aluminium channels bolted on top of the wall. Speed of delivery of component parts and glazing was surprisingly quick. Enormous help from Nicole at OA who helped me through a number of difficult choices. Highly recommend this company (and of course Nicole).”

“Love our Portia Juliet balcony. Tom was very knowledgeable and helpful and or rails were provided within the hour which saved us postage. Our builders easily installed it, the glass was delivered within a week, much sooner than expected and all at a very competitive price.”

“Before we started this project we had many quotes for the complete installation supply. We finally decided to use Origin Architectural. The main reason we chose this company was for the attention to detail and the overall professionalism extended to us by Tom, from Origin. From start to finish everything went as smoothly as it should do. We had many emails and phone call to sort out small problems. Have no hesitation whatsoever recommending Origin and in particular, Tom”

“Repeatedly damaged external glass panels for veranda - 4th set finally good. The problems mainly involved severe glass discolouration (laminating issue) which meant the glass wasn't clear in sunlight. I also experienced severe scratches which could be seen from afar. Manufacturer (TuffX) accepted the discolouration faults, which was good, but having to deal with so many repeated issues wasn't. The glass panels were large and heavy, needing 4 people to safely install and uninstall. On ordering I went for self fitting which meant I had to continue doing so for each replacement. This created added pressure and costs to rectifying the issues. Twice the delivery didn't turn up and so more time and money was wasted arranging people to be on hand for no reason. My learning from this would be to arrange supplier fitting to cover that requirement if replacement issues occurred. Office staff were very helpful, manager was hard work. Office staff admitted to the issues and explained that sometimes the laminating process could cause discolouration. They worked hard to resolve my issues each time. The Manager however could be quite dismissive and abrupt and not return calls. They said they'd never come across the discolouration issue before. I found this quite strange considering the feedback I'd had from the office staff and that the manafucturer accepted fault on multiple occasions. Based on the majority of other Origin A reviews it appears I was unfortunate and generally people have positive experiences, however TuffX reviews are less reliable and so worth considering. Origin A potentially need to review their supply chain and the managers approach.”

“Nicole did a fantastic job helping us with our Juliet Balcony. We had a frameless system and she arranged for it to be powder coated to the exactly the same colour as our existing frames. We are both delighted with the end result.”
