“Initially we were pleased with the Tri-Fold doors. They made a great improvement to our kitchen-conservatory living space. However, we have had a number of issues. Firstly the doors were delivered with the wrong size glass. The corners of the doors were very sharp and these damaged the door seals during installation. These issues were corrected after a few weeks delay. During the first weeks of use we noticed the latch tongue was catching on the frame and starting to damage the paint. Photographs of the latch mechanism were sent to the local supplier and Origin, showing a poorly fitting latch in the door. That was March 2015. An Origin fitter came to inspect the problem eventually and said the door frame gap was not big enough. For months this issue has gone on. With our supplier and Origin passing the buck. By September we had had enough. It took me less than 1 hour to make and fit a small strike plate costing less than a pound to fix the issue, something the door should have had in the first place. Overall A reasonably good product, but spoilt by lack of attention to detail and overall very poor customer support.”

“When having an extension built on our house which included two sets of bi-fold doors we made extensive inquiries into which doors would be suitable for us. We settled on Origin bi-fold doors because of the knowledge of the salesman at Admiral Homecare and the quality of the product combined with a great price. The doors were installed by their excellent team of fitters and we are extremely satisfied with the final result. The doors look fantastic and run smoothly and we could not have wished for a better product. Well done Origin and Admiral Homecare, Alconbury”

“We installed bi-fold doors for our bay out to the garden, they look absolutely stunning and feel solid; extremely happy with the product. Ours are as tall as we could make them and the room has been transformed. I give it 4 stars and not 5 because they took around 3 weeks to get back to us with a quote...”

“Extremely happy with the installation of my doors, the workmen cleaned up all mess caused by removing the original patio doors and took all the rubbish with them. The doors look amazing inside and out with no distruption to the orginal decor.”

“Purchased these doors through your price windows. All very helpful until payment was made. Doors turned up and frame was 5mm to small to fit the doors in. The installer had to widen the side jams to fit. Some of the pre fitted hinges were fitted in the wrong places, proving that the doors were not checked properly before shipping. The installer was not impressed with the rubber seals and the fixings supplied. There were also a few scratches and marks on the doors. I contacted Origin about these issues, who were not interested in the slightest and simply referred me back to your price windows. I tried to contact your price windows to advise them of these issues, which cost me a fair amount of money to get sorted, with no luck. Called and left a message as well as emailed. Still no response. Not good service or product. Hope this helps prospective purchasers make their decision. Wish I had gone elsewhere.”

“We are delighted with the bi-fold doors. The French doors were completed once z wrong handed door was replaced. The fitter spent a couple of hours amending the door to make it secure whilst a replacement was made.”

“I spent a long times searching through the internet for slim aluminium bi-fold door frames that weren't budget busting before finding Origin. The doors are more expensive than PVC, but totally worth the money. We have had the doors in now for a few weeks and we are thrilled with them. Sturdy, slim line and so easy to operate. They are a real show piece, we can't stop looking at them. I can highly recommend, faultless!”

“The fitting service was on time, and exactly as described. The installation team were completely engaged in the process with no phone calls half way through the job distracting them. The door needed some attention due to foam filler expanding a cm or two more than required, but resolved in less than 24 hours. Thank you,”

“I purchased my doors through a local supplier. The installation was done on time to a good standard and I'm pleased with the quality of the doors. When I did have a query that I needed to take up directly with Origin there was a bit of a misunderstanding at first. However they took care to get in touch with me and ensure that I was clear about the information I had requested.”
