“My Origin Bifold doors were fitted by the Window Centre, Rayners Lane, Harrow. Very impressed with he quality and the look of the doors. Keeps the warm in Winter and cool in summer. The installation was carried out with precision and perfection.”

“Our doors have only just been fitted so it is early days to comment. However they appear to be very pleasing and have already drawn favourable comments. The suppliers 'Open Living', have been good to deal with, helpful, courteous and we have no complaints at all regarding the installation. Ask me again in years time when, hopefully I will be able to confirm an ongoing good experience.”

“I was introduced to Origin by a friend and was very impressed with her bi fold doors. Although I had bi folds, they were wooden needed so much maintenance, and still they would stick and I couldn't open them if it had rained. Therefore I arranged to have replacement Origin doors fitted by an excellent Company, Prime Windows in Holsworthy, and am so pleased with both the quality of the doors and Prime Windows who completed the fitting.”

“We researched a lot of bi-fold doors before deciding that Origin seemed the best choice. We were uncomfortable with the recommended supplier and installer in our area so went further afield to source them. Unfortunately one of the sets of doors was badly damaged on the day of delivery and so we could only have one bi-fold installed, leaving us with a large gap that needed to be boarded up while Origin made us another one. They told us 2 weeks. It took 3 weeks and, again, when it came, was defectivie. We were offered no apology from Origin or any form of recompense for our inconvenience. In fact we had no contact from Origin at all. We are still waiting for Origin to sort out the second defect in the door.”

“We had three panels in a standard patio door opening size and they look really good. The slim sight-lines allow plenty of light in even in a quite small space. The operation of the doors is very easy. Installation went smoothly and basically we got exactly what we wanted with no damage or mess to existing floor and decoration. We have shown them to friends and they were very impressed. Thoroughly recommended from start to finish.”

“After a few weeks our leading door dropped, despite the bi-fold doors being installed in an existing building. This was frustrating and concerning as the security on our property was at risk as we could not lock the door, but our supplier came out within 48 hours to adjust the door. Apart from this the doors are great.”

“I'm very pleased with the doors but the contractor had to return to adjust them and now I have 2 large dents in my door which I'm battling to get them to replace. After spending what was a huge amount of money, I am very frustrated with the finished result. I can't get a response from the contractor who is giving me very bad customer service.”

“Our Bi folds are Wonderful and look amazing. The product is first class and so glad we went with Origin. If you want an outstanding job and great quality finish then go no where else, this company has the best product by far then anyone else and was fitted with out any problems. Many thanks once again for brilliant service.”
