“I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the team at Origin and to my technician Chris for the recent work carried out on my bifold doors. I was left in a predicament after the retailer that supplied and fitted my doors went out of business, with damaged unusable doors, but fortunately Origin came to the rescue, and sent me the replacement parts I needed to get my doors up and running again, along with one of their top technicians to fit them and carry out a full service. Chris was absolutely brilliant from start to finish... he was super knowledgeable, professional, personable, and delivered a fantastic maintenance service. He also went over and above to help me with comprehensive expert advise on how to resolve potential future issues myself, and is a real credit to the company. Great all round service, from a company that knows it's products and really cares about it's customers. Thanks again! Daniel”

“We love our new windows and doors - they look beautiful and have had lots of compliments from our visitors. The service from Origin Global has been great. We had very good communication from the sales team about the order process, and when the work would be taking place, our home is quite a distance from their offices and all their visits where scheduled in and took place when they said they would. Their attention to detail has excellent, and they wouldn't sign off their work until it was perfect. The products themselves are really beautiful, the finish is stunning and we couldn't be happier, thank you!”

“We opted for the O130 internal French glazed doors with a matt black finish. From the initial measure through to the installation Origin provided a first class professional and friendly service. The modern glazed doors help to provide that wow factor when entering the entrance hall. The handles are robust but contemporary with the doors opening and closing with ease. We would recommend that you consider Origin going on our experience. Very happy.”

“I recently had the Soho French doors fitted by Origin, and the entire process was an absolute dream. From start to finish, I was fully involved in the design process, allowing me to choose the perfect colour, layout, and height for my space. I opted for both internal and external French doors, and I am genuinely thrilled with the outstanding quality and finish of each. The support and aftercare provided by Origin have been exceptional. They even went above and beyond to create a matching side door that was narrower than the standard size, perfectly meeting my needs. I couldn't be happier with the result and would wholeheartedly recommend Origin Global.”

“The handles on my origin bi-fold doors broke. Ryan from Origin came out, inspected and replaced with updated versions of the handle. He was courteous and efficient which was like a breath of fresh air when good customer service is so rare these days.”

“We used Origin because they are the preferred manufacturer for our local installers Essex Bi Fold. The door frames, hinges and mechanisms all seem to be of good quality and it is reassuring to have a 20 year guarantee. The door "restrictors" - a metal bar that stops the door hitting the outside wall, and which can hold the door in an open position, do seem a little flimsy for our 1m wide doors - but I'm not entirely sure whether these come from Origin or are sourced separately by Essex Bi-Fold.”

Good Morning Matt, We are so pleased that you decided to choose Origin for your project. We are unsure if it is our restrictor as this is something you would need to speak to Essex bifold about. However we do supply them if requested. There main role is to prevent the lead door opening past a set angle. All though they do hold door at the maximum point, they are not wind resistant or actually designed to hold the door permanently. Thanks again for leaving such wonderful feedback. “We already had Bifold Doors from Origin and were extremely happy with them, so only used Origin for our new Front Door which looks amazing. Even our Postman commented on how good it looks. Customer Service was excellent, thank you Origin.”
