I ordered 3 blinds for a bay window, and when they were delivered they had not been pattern-matched. Although the company ultimately rectified this, the inconvenience was considerable and made worse by a their somewhat unhelpful attitude.
It is easy to give a company positive reviews when things go well, but perhaps they are best judged by their dealings with customers when things go badly.
