Disappointed, the perfect fit blinds came and they looked quite cheap, the material was still letting light in at the sides and they don’t move up and down smoothly. Asked for a refund but instead was told that it’s normal that these “perfect fit blackout blinds” would let some light in. Would not recommend

I ordered perfect fit bottom up blinds- I was unlucky as there were minor scratches and also didn't fit together easily so had to cut little bit of plastic off. Then discovered that might windows didn't open and when I used 'packers' provided under the handles my windows didn't lock. I was told I'd be refunded but not for postage as they could exchange the blinds but clearly this would not work as the windows still would not work!! If I had not had these issues then the blinds themselves would look nice.

The instructions for installation bore no resemblance to auctually putting them on the window but probably due to fact that the holes on one side of the frame where cut in the wrong place

Service was good enough but product wasn’t great. Blinds don’t really glow in the dark at all as they suggest and they came with a slight hole in which let’s natural light through and wasn’t picked up until I’d installed the blinds which was annoying

Unhelpful customer service here unfortunately - was led to believe the provided spacers would help with window handle fitting issues when this proved not to be the case no support or help was offered. Would not order from here again there are lots of companies selling these products with much better after care for customers.

Colour of slats varied from the sample I chose. Trying to insert the plastic blocks was impossible as the slots at the bottom were too narrow. My husband had to use a small plane to shave off the bottom of the plastic to make them smaller. As you can imagine this was both very annoying and time consuming. So instead of taking a short time to finish the job, it took about three hours, and that was with me helping my husband! The good thing about the product is the efficiency of the blackout, but apart from that I am so disappointed as the colour differential does'nt look good and I feel as if I have wasted my money.

Two blinds ordered..spring loaded. One was set correctly but the other was not tensioned. Have yet to determine if this can be corrected on site.

One of the headers was unglued and two of the weights were broken. I was able to rectify the header with bostik and had weights from old slats. Disappointed but complaining would have been more effort than fixing things myself

Blinds received were poorly made, the blind material had not been applied straight to the aluminium pole, and also not centrally to the pole, meaning I had to basically take it apart and reassemble it to enable the blind to even roll up properly without overlapping to one side. Also the cut side of the material was frayed.

The blind was 1cm too short for the recess size I gave. I was told this is standard to make sure it fits in but this meant that it made the blind unsuitable for side fixing, which I did not realise when purchasing. (And left a very large gap round the blackout blind). Customer Services were very friendly, but ultimately did not help, so I had to buy another blind from a different company.

The blinds that I have received are of good quality but I'm still missing 2 blinds!!!! I still don't know when they will turn up as communication is poor as phone calls are not returned!!!
