“All the blackout blinds that we received were of excellent quality. We did have to wait a bit but we had been prewarned and it is worth waiting. All contact with customer service was also excellent. We would happy to purchase blinds from them again.”

“Brilliant price, quality & customer service. Ordered replacement vertical blind slats which were so easy to fit, including extra hooks, weights and 1 extra slat. This is a very thoughtful. Awaiting the other part of my order but when I phoned customer service they contacted courier and got back to me within minutes which was amazing. I would definitely buy from this company again.”

“The quality of the blind is lovely and it fits perfectly so 5/5 for product. It did take nearly a month to arrive which was frustrating especially when we called and they told us it was be here within the next day or so and it never was. We just kept getting fobbed off by customer service which was annoying. Be honest even if it’s not ideal because it’s even more annoying to continually expect it.”
