“We had a large blind made over a year ago and were very pleased with it. When a part went wrong a replacement was quickly provided. We were confident enough to place an order for another blind (of non-standard size) and were delighted with the finished product which arrived quickly and very well packed. The samples request before ordering came amazingly quickly and included some additional ones to consider - very helpful. This is a good firm producing a good product.”

“I found them excellent to deal with - friendly people, polite, extremely helpful. And delighted with the product, Can't comment on the price as I don't know how they compare but we are extremely pleased with the three blinds......and easy to put up. WOuld use again”

“This Company is a pleasure to deal with. We needed help with the measuring and Ricky was most helpful. We ordered 2 rollers & 1 perfect fit. The rollers fit great, as for the perfect fit it is just brillant on our back door! The colour was fantastic, we had sent for loads of samples from other Company's and also had people in but nobody could do the colour we wanted until Order Blinds sent me their samples!! There were issue's but Ricky sorted everything out. How great to have a Company that really does care, thought they had all disappeared! Brilliant. Thank you.”

“As a first time customer, i needed help over the phone in ordering and most importantly measuring the openings from the correct points, from where the blinds were to be hung. They were so helpful and made the whole process trouble free. I would recommend them totally, the concept of the blinds are so simple, and fitting is easy. Now they are fitted they look great and operating them is so easy without them flapping about as normal blinds would do.”
