“The blinds fits perfectly and are easy to install. They are good quality and look nice. The only downside to this order was the delivery. The company that you use did not stick to my updated delivery schedule and was not delivered on my chosen day, meaning that I wasn't home then.”

“We purchased four roller blinds. On the positive side, the ordering process was simple and the blinds were delivered ahead of time. Installation was straight forward and the blinds fitted well. BUT, unfortunately, the stitching across the bottom of the blind was poor (see photo). When following-up with Order Blinds they explained that what looked like black thread was actually the internal colour of the PVC material. On a dark colour blind it probably wouldn't matter but certainly the combination of a light colour on the PVC material doesn't work. Order Blinds offered to replace the bottom bar with a white aluminium bar which would avoid the visible stitching. But they expected us to pick up the cost of shipping in both directions. Quite unreasonable. We declined their offer and decided to look for an alternative solution.”

However, we're sincerely sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with the stitching on the blinds. We understand your frustration and apologise for any inconvenience. As already mentioned by email, the appearance of the stitching is due to the product being ordered with a plain bottom finish, which necessitates sewing. That's why we're unable to offer free repairs or replacements for this issue. We're here to help if you need any further assistance.

“Yesterday we hung our sloping vertical blackout blinds - and they are fabulous. The whole experience of getting some samples, asking questions, getting a quote, and the final product has been great. Communication was also excellent, as there was aslight delay to the initial delivery date, but this was slight and not an issue. If I have any small quibbles, I would say the installation instructions could be a bit clearer/better written and made more product specific (as they are generic for all vertical blinds). Also, I would have liked longer pull and turning cords, but I guess their length has been goverened by health & safety rules rather than by Order Blinds. That aside, they look great and do the job perfectly.”

“Very pleased with the choice available and the quality of complete vertical blind I subsequently purchased, and also the replacement slats. Ordering via website was quick and easy and delivery very quick. A bonus was an introductory discount I received. I will definitely order again.”

“Absolutely brilliant customer service!! They very quickly sorted my blind when I miss-measured and had to have it cut down slightly, and excellent quality of product. I would suggest some form of downloadable tape measure be investigated as especially with older houses it's hard to get an accurate measurement.”
