“Yesterday we hung our sloping vertical blackout blinds - and they are fabulous. The whole experience of getting some samples, asking questions, getting a quote, and the final product has been great. Communication was also excellent, as there was aslight delay to the initial delivery date, but this was slight and not an issue. If I have any small quibbles, I would say the installation instructions could be a bit clearer/better written and made more product specific (as they are generic for all vertical blinds). Also, I would have liked longer pull and turning cords, but I guess their length has been goverened by health & safety rules rather than by Order Blinds. That aside, they look great and do the job perfectly.”

“Very pleased with the choice available and the quality of complete vertical blind I subsequently purchased, and also the replacement slats. Ordering via website was quick and easy and delivery very quick. A bonus was an introductory discount I received. I will definitely order again.”

“Absolutely brilliant customer service!! They very quickly sorted my blind when I miss-measured and had to have it cut down slightly, and excellent quality of product. I would suggest some form of downloadable tape measure be investigated as especially with older houses it's hard to get an accurate measurement.”

“Bought 2 number black total blockout blinds. Well, where should I start!? With the great quality of these blinds? Of how well they keep the sunlight out? Or the excellent customer service team? I sleep very well in the dark, though not so well in the daylight. Got these blinds before last summer to help keep the very early sunrise out of the bedroom. They work like a treat and don’t look bad either. Unfortunately someone damaged the blinds, trying to open them the incorrect way. Got hold of the customer service team, to buy the spare part to repair the blind, but instead of Paul g for them, got this sent out free of charge. Cannot complain about anything really. Great product and a good price and great service! Will buy again!!”

“Really happy about Order blinds, I have oredered 3 Perfect Fit Cellular Thermal Blinds, I have to return one because it was too small but with the Mismeasurement Insurance I didn't pay anything, they were really supportive, efficient and quick.The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because the is still some light that enter in the room, but maybe it is for how the blind is built. Anyway the blinds keep the room wormer and are easy to instal. I love the double handle system, it's really functional.”
