“Excellent product (total blackout roller blind) We now have three in the house. I did have to give them a nudge after the expected delivery date passed with no dispatch confirmation. It was sorted quickly and the blind arrived the next day.”

“I bought blinds from this company a few years ago and they were the best I had ever bought. I just bought two more and the quality is awful, along with the different fixing that mean the blinds are impossible to fit well in my recess. I complained and sent photos but the company are not interested. They told me that the quality has changed as they have made improvements. They are definitely far inferior. Definitely avoid this company. I shall return to John Lewis where I get good customer service and will be disputing my transaction with barclaycard.”
