“Dreadful company. Blind was not fully blackout as described. It did not fit properly despite endlessly checking the measurements and sending several pictures. They accept no responsibility at all and despite a tiresome exchange of emails I am left with a useless blind and £114 out of pocket. Do not use this company.”

“They were very easy to order. I think they came within one week. The blind is much more robust and strong looking than normal store-bought blinds. The size was accurate. Due to length and good thick quality of blind the tube was thicker than usual. They were easy to fit. Only negatives--I could have damaged something trying to get to fixings etc as they were in an attached bag with cord I think and I remember thinking it would be easy to accidentally snip through cord and other thing was that as ours is 180cm long it very slightly seems to sag in centre but maybe you wouldn't see that. Over 180cm wide I would worry? Fantastic blind on whole and very happy”

“Excellent product, high quality spec on blind and fittings. Order arrived on time, complete and exactly to the measurements I sent. Assistance from Emily when I phoned, in advance of order, to check size of of fittings was great, as was her follow up to make sure I had exactly what I wanted. Used the pre order sample service, we were thinking about a darker blind but when the free sample arrived it was clear it was too dark so we ordered the lighter coloured option which is exactly what we wanted Without the free sample we would have ended up with a good blind but not what we really wanted, invaluable! A very good on line shopping experience where the company really wants you to get the right product. Excellent.”

“Very pleased with my photo blind . Very easy to order and was promptly sent a preview of my blind to check it was what we expected .very quick delivery and fitting , fittings were great quality and blind is very smooth to operate. I’m so happy I’m sure I’ll be using them again soon . Fabulous looking personalised blind at a very competitive price . Thanks”

“After careful measuring and remeasuring I put my order in online, only to realise on the order email I’d put them in the wrong way! Rang up next day to rectify this and the ladies in the office couldn’t have been more helpful. Very quick dispatch and beautifully packed. I purchased the Botton up roller blind and it fitted perfectly and the quality is lovely. Will be ordering again shortly for next room with no hesitation.”
