“I've never installed blinds before, and I'm not much of a DIY person so I struggled with the bottom up blinds. I called customer service for help who said they would email me with more information, and that it was very easy. I didn't receive anything and was left feeling incompetent and frustrated. I've finally figured it out and the blinds look nice, but they aren't straight forward to use (doesn't take much for the blinds to lose tension). Happy with the overall result.”

“Looks great and a perfect fit. The colour is darker than I expected but if I had got the free sample first then I could’ve decided but otherwise very happy.”

“I absolutely love my new blind, it is gorgeous. It is very well made and was easy to fit. Customer service was fab got back to me very quickly when I had a question. Will definitely use if I need new blinds in the future.”

“Love my new roller blinds. They have finished off my new kitchen nicely. My only issue was that although the blinds were within 1cm length of each other, one of them had a much longer cord. However when I asked for a connector to fix the issue they sent one out straightaway free of charge. Would definitely recommend”

“I ordered water resistant replacement slats for my vertical blinds. I had purchased the original blinds elsewhere and was disappointed with them. Therefore, I choose to order replacements from Order Blinds Online. They arrived in good time and are exactly as described. The quality of the blinds is brilliant. The company provided a spare blind slat and extra chain which is great! I would highly recommend this company. Easy shopping experience and brilliant product!”
