“The quality of the blind was good, but it had not been checked properly before my order was sent. Half the runners were at right angles to the other half. My husband, who is actually very practical, had trouble twisting them round to face the same way as the other half. They were not easy to turn, unlike other blinds we've had from other companies. He was frightened of snapping the plastic fittings. I did write to the company to complain, but received a stock answer which did not relate to the problem. Not very satisfactory at all!”
