“Excellent company - very fast response to my query. I wanted to change the size of the blind I had ordered. This was done easily and without additional charge. My blind also arrived by DHL sooner than expected. Excellent quality of white, sprung loaded blackout blind. Would highly recommend.”

“I was sent a blind of a different size to the one I ordered and was told that I couldn’t return it. I was offered 15% discount on a future order but I’d already spent £50 which was entirely wasted as I can’t use it elsewhere.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your order. I’ve had a look at our system and it appears that when ordering the incorrect size type was selected. Unfortunately, as the blind was correctly made to measure to the sizes specified we aren’t able to offer a refund, so my colleague offered a discount on a replacement blind as we understand that it was an error when ordering and has resulted in a disappointing situation. “Ordered the blind on line, was a little apprehensive about sizing but shouldn't have been, followed all instructions how to measure the blind and sent in order. The blind came very quickly and was easy to install. Looks great, totally satisfied.”
