“I was sent a blind of a different size to the one I ordered and was told that I couldn’t return it. I was offered 15% discount on a future order but I’d already spent £50 which was entirely wasted as I can’t use it elsewhere.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your order. I’ve had a look at our system and it appears that when ordering the incorrect size type was selected. Unfortunately, as the blind was correctly made to measure to the sizes specified we aren’t able to offer a refund, so my colleague offered a discount on a replacement blind as we understand that it was an error when ordering and has resulted in a disappointing situation. “Ordered the blind on line, was a little apprehensive about sizing but shouldn't have been, followed all instructions how to measure the blind and sent in order. The blind came very quickly and was easy to install. Looks great, totally satisfied.”

“I am so pleased with my blinds. I wanted to replace some vertical blinds in my kitchen. I found your website had the easiest, measuring and ordering process. “Ordered samples online, which came quickly. Then ordered 2 sets of blinds. Website is simple to use. The top, middle, bottom sizes boxes mean that there isn't the guessing about which dimensions to use. The blinds arrived well packaged, and fitted perfectly.”

“Ordered Tangle replacement vertical slats, 1st order fine, both product and delivery so placed a second order, 2 slats not stuck down where weights slot in, not a huge problem having a glue gun, delivery a day or two longer but all in all a good result, replacements look good, blinds transformed, happy and no hassle”
