“Total blackout blind was easy and quick to fit. It is a good purchase but I find it a little flimsy. Not sure if it'll last for many years. I think it might have to be replaced in 2-3 years”

“Love my new roller blinds. They have finished off my new kitchen nicely. My only issue was that although the blinds were within 1cm length of each other, one of them had a much longer cord. However when I asked for a connector to fix the issue they sent one out straightaway free of charge. Would definitely recommend”

“Great blind and great customer service. I opted for a double-blind in black. The build quality is good and so is the choice of materials, but felt the fixings could have been better as it doesn't feel that secure. It would also have been nice if the length of the cords were arranged in such a way that one fitted inside the other as one blind sits lower. Fairly minor points though, all in all, I'm very happy with it.”

“Easy to order and lovey high quality blinds. Easy to measure up to. Only have not given 5 starts as instructions said fit brackets but not how to do that.”

“The blinds are first class and well made. The ordering process and acknowledgement very good. The only thing that could be improved on is the after sales. Just delivering on promises to return calls , pass messages on etc. I spoke to at least three different colleagues and no one had any idea of what the other had said or access it would seem to photo's I sent. I would have given 5 stars if this had been a better experience....but I have and would buy again from this company”

“Excellent product and promptly delivered. Instructions slightly too well hidden in the rolled up blind. Didn’t find them until too late. They weren’t terribly good in helping manage the pull either”

“The service, delivery and quality of the blinds was fine. The instructions for installation were appalling. I ended up having to find a YouTube video so I could put them up. Very pleased with the end result.”

“We ordered a glow in the dark roller blind. We have fitted it in the recess of the window and it works fine. The only issue is the glow in the dark bit doesn't glow!”

“Excellent product (total blackout roller blind) We now have three in the house. I did have to give them a nudge after the expected delivery date passed with no dispatch confirmation. It was sorted quickly and the blind arrived the next day.”
