The blinds are first class and well made. The ordering process and acknowledgement very good. The only thing that could be improved on is the after sales. Just delivering on promises to return calls , pass messages on etc. I spoke to at least three different colleagues and no one had any idea of what the other had said or access it would seem to photo's I sent. I would have given 5 stars if this had been a better experience....but I have and would buy again from this company
