“ordered two identical blinds, one is perfect the other will not retract properly at all. Contacted Blinds online who were extremely helpful and after trying several ways to correct the problem, which didn't work, they promptly replace the faulty blind and I'm happy to sat this one works perfectly like the first one! Thank you for all your help.”

“I first requested three samples which arrived four days later along with a small leaflet explaining how to accurately measure your windows. The website was extremely easy to navigate through and the ordering process simple also. Both blinds arrived five days later. We’re close to having our kitchen/dining room finished and cannot wait for the blinds to go up. Great price and service. I’ve already recommended the website to others.”
