There are several spelling and grammatical errors in each course I have studied, which being educational, is not good! Having done several, mainly due to the reduced price, the period of time from completing the exam to having your certificate emailed is growing. It was originally next day that your certificate was emailed to you. I asked for my certificate for an interview I was attending a week in advance, but a week later, still has not arrived!!! I attended an interview with no proof of the exam I had taken. Not happy.

The reason why I graded this at poor is because I just purchased the product order number 6117874 which I am happy with. However I initially tried to purchase the product order number 6117868, your software did not tell me that the transaction was completed successfully. Consequently it took £29.00 from my bank account. Please credit my bank account with £29.00 because both orders are for the same course. Thank you.

I had issues concerning the animal care course that i emailed you about before. When i took the final assessment test two or three questions were repeated and there were a few questions regarding subjects that were not even covered in the course.. Ie. Animal wildlife, nursing and theatre nursing. This is impossible for you to get 100% in this test as like i said some of the questions asked, were not even mentioned once in the entire course. Very dissappointed with the whole course to be completley honest.

I studied the Teaching Assistant course and the number of spelling and grammar errors in the material was appalling. I sent a complaint email directly to oplex and never got a reply. Also if you pay for a certificate you should still receive a PDF version of the certificate, which I never did. But since my emails had been ignored before I didn't even bother raising this as an issue. They are only interested when you're giving them money otherwise they don't care.

Completed Bookkeeping level 3, passed but have been unable to receive pdf of certificate, contacted oplex via email numerous times, they just kept emailing the same email stating pdf attached but it never was. Now they have stopped answering my emails! Possibly a ploy to get people to purchase the certificate at £9.99. OK course, disappointing after service!

Hi I am very disappointment with my recent purchase with Oplex career. I purchased a course (Advance Health and Social Care) recently on Saturday the 30 th January 2016. And by my own mistake i may have paid it twice as i did not receive any confirmation email to suggest that the payment has gone through. And to my disappointment the course has not appeared in my Student Profile either. And no contact numbers seems to be available to contact who ever is concerned to deal with this matter. regards Jacqueline Trivedi

Hi, Please don't worry. I can see you've ordered the course on a Saturday. Our team only work during Monday to Friday. Not to worry I can see they have now added the course to your account. I purchased this course on a special deal, if I had bought it full price I would have been disappointed. Some of the course material was not very well written and I didn't find it to be particularly engaging as a learner. I do not feel that it particularly expanded my skills or knowladge and didn't encourage much wider thinking and learning around the subject matter. It did feel as though it was a bit of a Noddy guide, especially with how some of the multiple choice answers were phrased. I also feel that the £10.00 charged for a hard copy of the course certificate was rather steep, especially as I feel any employer would cosider the course pretty worthless.

Hi, The course is CPD Accredited with the CPD Certification Service, and when you receive the certificate it will be recognised. I am about to finish the SEN course. I was a bit sceptical at the beginning about taking online classes but thought id give it a go. I must say that luckily when I took the class it was on discount.. There is no way I would have taken this class had it been on its full pirce 250pounds. Overall yes, it is informative but that's about it. There are spelling mistakes, grammar mistakes, words missing, sentences repeated. Someone badly copied, pasted and put together a handful of slides. In addition, quiz questions also have spelling mistakes and can be completed without having to finish the unit. To sum up, save your money and dont bother.

Purchased the course via Wowcher for a very good price, however, I've now completed the course, passed with flying honours (92%), but EIGHT days after doing the final assessment am still waiting for the promised PDF copy of my certificate to be emailed to me - they state on one part of their website it will be done in 3 working days of completion, and on another part of the website it states it will be done within 5 working days of completion. Have contacted via their FAQs, and had no reply, so today put a complaint to them in writing via email, they state complaints are dealt with within 5 working days, so lets see if anything is done by next Tuesday! A telephone number would be helpful when dealing with companies like this!

Hello, Thanks for leaving this review. I've checked and can see your certificate was sent the same day 29th of October to your email address. Then again on the 7th of November. The problem was the email wasn't arriving in your inbox. After sending us a message last night, the certificate was successfully sent today, 10th of November. Certificate arrived quickly but, with the wrong mark on it. Customer services were very good at replying quickly and sending out a replacemrnt but, inconvienent ! Awaiting replacement.

The reason why student support team overall rating was poor when I started the course it was fine and I was happy however whilst doing the mock assessment there was an error in the marking, I then informed Oplex of the issue they never got back with a response. I continued with the final assessment and was also marked incorrectly with my answers. There was an issue with the system they were using and marking most of my work wrong. I then complained to technical team, emailed complaints team and customer support no one got back to me and then I kept sending emails for weeks still no reply from any of them. I then had to email a third company with my issue and they sucessfully helped me get my work marked correctly and was awarded the right mark.
