“Am a bit concerned that a course that was meant to take 70 hours only took 5 hours.”

“I'm not happy, because I couldn't cancel the courses that I have purchased. I had to cancel it, because my manager told me that there are not formal certificates, then is not valid. I bought 3 courses, one of them I finished already but the others I need to cancel them and now I can't do it. That's is very bad. And also is unfair, because you think that there are formal certificates and there are not. I would not recommend buy here if you need a formal certificate.”

“I think you should write the modules and have the silver stamp on the certificate all in one then having separate ones it makes it easier and neater. I have done other courses and they have it all on one certificate.”

“Classes are simple if you are motivated enough. I gave it a poor rating because I had ordered a hard copy of my certificate twice and the second time was in May and it is now almost September. I’m not pleased.”

“It wasn’t made clear the portal and course couldn’t be accessed immediately when purchased. I’ve received a pdf certificate however, the skill detailed looks naff and I have sent a number of emails about it with no response. Other than that I like the set up, the look of the portal. There were a number of spelling and grammar mistakes within the course which I didn’t expect though, which you should amend so that it comes across more professional”

“I was advised I would have full use of sage accounts 50 trial package for a year however I found out when I opened my account that this is only available for 3 months then I have to pay. I am still waiting a reply back from my email to ask about this and they have not replied. How are you meant to practice on the course with no access.”

“I have not received the course this is my second email to you & the 4th course I have purchased. I have never had any problems before. Prior to this I would have given top marks. The money has been taken from my account so if you could forward the course it would be appreciated”

“Produced my Level 3 Food Safety to Employer. It was rejected as a recognised quailfication. no Telephone nuber to contact Oplex. No reply to email.”

“It took days if not a week to reply to 3 emails, upgraded a course and paid as requested but not course was uploaded to my account meaning I had to contact you by phone yet again. so Unfortunately its the communication that I feel has really let you down”

“The first course was fine. The second course was the issue. I bought it, payment cleared but no course. I understand things happen. My issue is the fact that it has now been a week and my emails about the issue have gone unanswered. Unacceptable. Very unhappy.”

“I cannot access the mock assessment or final assessment due to an error message. This has been reported on multiple occasions and remains unfixed. Therefore, I cannot complete this course! Would have been happy to purchase additional courses but now am reluctant to do so.”

“I was really excited about doing the course. I thought I read it went into more depth - eg: tenancy agreements etc, wasn’t expecting it to be comen sense questions. Tbh I didn’t really learn anything I didn’t already know. Sorry!”
