“Oplex courses are useful and informative. Unfortunately the questions in the tests at the end often have huge grammar errors which make the questions vague. Also sometimes the information given in the course can differ from the answers offered in the multiple choice tests making it impossible to choose a correct answer as they are all incorrect. This has happened on numerous occasions.”

“I wasnt impressed with the quality of the course. There were grammatical errors in the presentation. It was just slides that seemed copied and pasted. It wasnt interactive and there were not audible sounds where it was necessary”

“I enrolled onto the veterinary receptionist course and passed. However, I feel i was miss lead. Duration was 70 hrs and offers support if needed. I completed it in 2 hours. I expected more of an essay base with an exam at the end, like a few other online courses I since found . So I wouldn't recommend you.”

“I’m very disappointed with you because after I passed my exam child care level 3 ,I paid you £10 to for sending my certificate in my house and you didn’t do this.Its second time writing you about this problem and you promised me for sending 2-3 working days. Fiorentina Ismaili”

“The course I have just finished is out of date and does not refer to new legislation at all. I contacted OPlex to tell them this but have had no reply. Such a shame thatOplex courses always had the advantage of being able to apply for NUS cards but this is no longer the case.”

“Some good content but a lot that was poorly worded and ambiguous as well. Some of the questions in the tests and final exam contained spelling and grammatical errors. Some of the questions were vague and misleading. Often they were subjective yet only allowed for 1 correct answer. I found myself trying to guess what they wanted rather than feeling confident of what a correct answer would be. My certificate arrived today. It is printed at a diagonal on the plain white paper and has a foil sticker on it. Very poor, considering that additional an additional £9.99 payment was required for this hard copy. I would not recommended Oplex Careers.”

“completed several courses now...this mental health and psychiatry course has been the poorest ... some content has awkward grammer as if copy & pasted to sit incoherently in the content... several end of unit answers have the incorrect answer as correct! & when double checked with the content clearly states the correct opposite answer to the end of unit test....quality assurance team sort it out please!”

“This is not e-learning, it is just PowerPoint presentations with quizzes and assessments. It is not interactive and has not been proof read. The assessment questions do not make sense. However, the information presented has clearly been researched or written by subject matter experts and is very interesting.”

“I have encountered many problems, I have contacted you many times in as many ways as I could with only one, very unsatisfactory reply which was of no help whatsoever, I have nothing else to say, extremely disappointed, only trying to get through these courses so my money wasn't wasted as you were no help with your fabled 14 day guarantee.”
