“The course had very good content however a few pictures would have assisted my learning.”

“Factual and covering all areas, this was a good course and helped me to learn more about horse care and stable management. Some areas were very detailed..The assessments tended to be a little obvious in some questions then overly particular in others...eg..specific dates etc. Also, contained some trick questions.! Overall, a good course.”

“The design of the Criminal Psychology course was laid out in Modules, slides, and assessments. I liked the overall design; however, it would have benefited from the addition of videos. The course content covered a wide range of fascinating topics; however, these topics needed more detail and context. The end-of-module assessments were quick and a good recap. The final assessment was not very good because the questions were repetitive and not directly related to the module content.”

“While I thoroughly enjoy the course that I have taken, I am however rather disappointed with some of the mock tests, where a list of possible answers have been given, but no question. This also happened on the final exam, one of which was concerning canine self awareness on the Canine Communication course, the next was concerning the part of the dogs' body that stress would show. It therefore made those "questions" very difficult to answer”

“My coures, Foundation TEFL, was good and it took me long enough to do due to change in circumstances and I was determined I was not going to pay an extension fee a third time, so finished the course this year. I have done two courses previously. One consistency is that my last two courses seemed to contain a lot of grammatical errors. Additionally inconsistent use of don't and do not. TEFL should consistently use formal English except when giving examples. Typos also reduce the quality of the course. This demonstrates a lack of proof reading or a proof reader with poor grammar skills. More attention to detail is clearly needed.”

“Very good but not util am done and received my certificate before I can complete the stars but my wife has finished hers for last one week she has not gotten here certificate and she has written to you guys and she stil not gotten it on pdf why please”

“The level 5 teaching assistant course was easy to understand and work through. It has given me an enormous amount of knowledge and understanding about that roles and responsibilities of being a teaching assistant. The course covered many different areas in depth and the customer service was amazing when I struggled at first to navigate the learning portal.”
