“Very disappointing that you are not able to print off your own course content for future reference, to be able to go back for reference after 12 month you have to pay to be able to view the course content. Had I known this I would never have purchased this. Advisors also quite rude”

“Didn't really rate the PTSD course much. Is was just a bunch of slides with information on via bullet points. Was ok for £19 on offer but definitely wouldn't have paid the £299 price for it. Communication and site access is really good though- runs nice and smooth.”

“I completed the Family and relationship course and asked for my certificate and paid for one which has not arrived nor has my PDF copy!”

“I didn't like the set up of the course or the way it was all done as I was unable to print out the course and work on the tasks asked of me. I used a computer for it as I was unsure if it would work on my tablet. I was disappointed also as I felt the course felt dated as it was all done manually not on a computer accounts package as I am used to.”

“The payment site said the cost was GBP12, but a $ price of 18 Came up. There was no ability to change it to GBP. Asked a few times but the support desk had no knowledge of the difference, kept insisting the price was GBP 12.”

“I have signed up (and paid) for four courses of study. On my first (Advanced Counselling Skills) I have several questions for which I need clarification before attempting the Final Assessment. For a whole week I have been attempting to discover who my On-line Tutor is and how I can discuss the various points for which I need clarification. After a full week of asking, of web-form requests and direct emails, I still have had no contact.”

“I ordered a certificate for my Conflict management course on the 5th of August, and I was told that my certificate would be with me in 3 days, well today is the 10th of August and I am yet to receive my certificate. I have worked extremely hard to achieve this award. If you check your records I have already completed 10 courses with you in the last year and every time I have ordered a certificate, all the certificates have arrived within 3 days as promised. This time unfortunately you have let me down. I was keen to take this certificate into work and add it to my CPD portfolio. I really do hope that it arrives soon. Yours Yvonne Finnen.”

“The questions were very lengthly and badly worded. They were hard to interpret and did not feature the key information from the later modules. I felt that you could have done most of the course by just reading the first few.”

“There are no quality checks on the courses written material, and as such there are misprints, grammar mistakes, and missing words. When you order a course, you are not informed when the course will expire.”

“The follow on pages at the end for completion were difficult to find and load. Second supposed to be stress free study but constant bombardment of courses on offer makes for nothing but stress!!!”

I can see you are yet to take your final exam - when you are ready you can go right ahead, we will process and send your certificate straight away. “I purchased the Level 4 Advanced Office Management course and am only able to access module 1. Nothing in any of the description said it was only 1 module, yet despite me sending several requests for help on how to access all modules so I can complete the course, I have never had a response. I am in the process of taking this to Trading Standsrds if it is not rectified with urgency.”

“Course was good was impressed with it. Not impressed as I paid extra for a certificate at the cost of £9.99 which states it will be sent to my address with in 1-3 working days. A week and a half on and I haven't received it. Not happy.”

“Got an email about I purchased the course but no follow up email regarding dining on to the portal and requested this info from your contact email system on website and still no reply. Fortunately kept my previous details and this allowed me in. Mrs Gail Johnson”

“I bought a course called Marketing and Advertising Advanced course. I have done BA marketing and have 2 years of professional experience therefore I thought advanced course would be perfect to remember some stuff and learn new things. I jve checked the topics to be covered in the course and thought that should be ok. Unfortunately the content was aimed at students or people who run their small businesses. The content was really vague and basic. Not sure how the material like this can be included in the course and what organisational body actually approbed it as an advanced course. I wouldn't even read it for free..i wouldn't recommend to buy any course from you looking at the quality of the content and I personally wont buy any more courses. I completed this certificate just to really use my paid money. If someone ask me what i have learned from this course my answer would be - nothing.”

“The course is full of spelling mistakes, written in American rather than English. You cannot past or copy anything, nor save any document to your computer. This is such a shame as the content is rather good but it seems to have been copied from some American web course and not improved in any way. In the UK, humane societies are called animal charities ( for example). I don't recommend using the company.”
