“I purchased an order for over 4 days but my order has not been completed yet despite the fact that i have completed the course module that was hindring the cause of completing my order. send several emails but no response.”

“I've asked for a refund and not had any reply so I'm not impressed with the communication. As for the courses I don't know as I enrolled on the wrong one by accident.”

“I enrolled on a paediatric first aid course but when i go to start my course it does not recognise my E-Mail or my pass word. So how can i do my course not very happy.”

“Good a charging you for certs or transcripts, but totally rubbish at sending PDF's out, as they make money off you for paying for hard copies. Courses in general, yeah OK, but you've a long way to go in regards to customer service. Regards, Saeed Khan”

“I completed the Contract Law module. Unfortunately, the poor English was distracting and made the text confusing to read - this really needs to be improved. I can only hope that the legal principles are dealt with more accurately. For that reason, I would only recommend this module as a quick revision tool rather than a learning tool.”

“Was no very impressed but for the price I should have expected it to be not great. I was disappointed in the fact that it was just PowerPoints and a quiz. Then you have to pay EXTRA for the certificate, that’s ridiculous. The online chat help are useless, I asked them several questions and I got the most basic and non-helpful replies that didn’t even answer my question. It’s quick and easy to get qualifications however not really worth the money, even with the massive discounts.”

“Wasn’t the company as such it was the delivery and the lack of communication from company I was never told it was despatched I’ve still not had an email it was dumped at the end of drive and could of easily been nicked !!! P”

“I thought the Minute Taking Course was low quality. It takes about one or two hours to complete if you go through in one sitting. The content felt low level. It wasn't helpful for the type of minute taking I do. I was quite disappointed. Others may find it useful.”

“I purchased the tax course and I discover the rates used are for tax year 16/17 which differ to the current year. So it means looking up the different rates which when you're learning is an added nuisance”

“I was expecting videos of live situations from a course which had been reduced from over £200 to £29. The material here is no more than a very short book. So £29 is very expensive.”
