I thought the course enrolment was very simple and the program easy to use. However, I completed the course and assessment nearly 2 weeks ago and have still not received the PDF email or my hard copy certificate. So not the best first time experience.

You’re asking me to give you a review and you haven’t sent me the certificate I ordered and you haven’t sent me an order acknowledgement and you haven’t responded to the message I sent you asking you to tell me when I’ll get my certificate. All in all what’s the point of doing the course and paying for the certificate if I don’t get one?!

I love the course layout and everything else about it, BUT... I paid for a course which supposedly lasted 60 hours. It lasted 5 hours. (with no prior experience) I paid for the most advanced payroll course I could find. It didn't touch upon salary sacrifice schemes, healthcare, student loans or any 'extras' that may occur in payroll. I would expect after '60' hours of learning to be able to run a payroll, but there were no example payrolls to calculate or anything, so pretty sure if I tried that I'd get stuck the first time any issues came up.

Bad service. I took the course which is excellent in itself but then I ordered two hard copies of my certificate, I paid and nothing was sent to me. I have been waiting for my paper copies for a week and I wonder where they are and if in case I will be reimbursed since I have not received anything. I tried to contact support via email but nobody ever replied. I wonder where the hard copies I ordered are and in case if I will be refunded I have not received anything. I paid for nothing.

The information provided is not consistent, and when answering the question says I got it wrong despite it written in the slides. None of the information was provided in the slides to which I needed for the exam. I did not learn one new sign while doing my course, only learnt about the background and history of sign language

The course itself was 5/5... however 2 of the ‘questions’ in my final test weren’t questions and simply read “select the correct answer from the choices below” forcing me to guess from the multiple choice and therefore lose marks. So far I’ve phoned and e-nailed about this and not heard anything back.

Be sure to complete your course by the day before it expires. I wrongly presumed i’d have to the end of my expiry date but on my last module, at midday, my course expired.

The Course itself was ok but the lack of Communication was very frustrating. Three times I contacted to ask a question or clarify and didn't have any response at all. It felt very isolating.

I Didn't get my EYFS level 3 hard copy certificate and transcrip. And also i didn’t get my child care transcript hard copy.i payed double money for it .also i complicated my all test.

Honestly? It was a complete waste of money, which I will be requesting back. I defy anyone to take 80 hours to complete and pass this course as most of it was common sense anyway. Sorry but at the moment I wouldn't recommend this course to anyone over the age of 10 !!!!

I recently passed a level 3 counselling and psychotherapy course and the silver shiny part is merely a sticker as opposed to an embossed logo from the college or education provider so quite cheap and it angered me also the congratulatory note was impersonal

The materials were out of date by 6years and I managed to get a distinction by ticking random boxes. As is the norm for these type of courses, there's no critical feedback so the amount you can learn is limited. Only £29 though, so can't really complain!

My first customer contact was with the person who took my call. The experience was most unpleasant and though after making a complaint the matter was satisfactorily resolved it is highly unlikely that I will use Oplex or any associated institutions again.

I have purchased nine courses from Oplex Careers. All of them belong to the category 'Animal Care', and I can review only these. I feel rather disappointed. The level of difficulty varies between the courses. Some texts are written in an oversimplified manner as if the point was to fill the pages with words, even if they do not contribute to anything. Many sentences were repetitive. Also, I had an impression the text was written by non-native English speakers, and the language has not been edited. The section on animal anatomy was full of medical terminology and jargon. The choice of pictures was unfortunate too. As much as I like cute puppies, as a reader, I'd rather see an illustration relevant to the text next to it. The choice of topics to cover in each course has stricken me as not particularly clever either. Some themes seemed not to belong where they were put. I truly hope the management would review the courses and the offer will be more attractive in the future.

I am actually quite disappointed. I spoke to customer service before I bought my Payroll training 2019 course. They ensured me training is updated with most recent legislation but its clearly not. Personal allowances are no longer £11 850 etc etc... There was an information it takes 60 hours to complete the course in full. I am not even working in Payroll yet and it takes me 20 minutes to complete each module. There are 10 modules so it takes around 3.5 hours to complete it all. This course has very basic information. It is not a proper training.
