Not great. I still had time (2months) on my course which had been removed from my account so couldn't use it. Forced to pay £9.99 for a years extension to get access back, but not the full 14 months I'm entitled to. Even after that my course wasn't released to me and I had to chase on 5 separate occasions to get it. Wouldn't recommend.

You did very very bad,I sent you a note that the course belongs to my wife,which just completed level 2 Teaching assistant with her name written on it,you never bother to respond to my email,i called many times but no response, i email for cancellation according to your policy yet no response till date.they never replied to email,am still expecting someone to get intouch with me,they are the worst i have ever deal with,no good costumer service if you can not get intouch with anyone

I recently made a purchase to Opllex Careers but not happy with my purchase due to I paid for Health and Social Care Management Level 5 course and was given Health and Social Care level advanced course. That is a different course. I need it to be rectify for me but I am yet to get a response from Oplex Careers team

We are still awaiting the login details for the second course purchased. We enjoyed the first course, but now the e-mail with details arrived blank.

Indian Head Massage Do not waste your money on this course. Appallingly badly written, no diagrams to illustrate the the teaching, and looks as if the whole thing is sourced and scripted by AI.

I bought a teaching assistant level 3 course. I need some help. I have emailed them few times but no reply. Also I called them but no one answer the call. Now I'm not sure is it even legit website. Very disappointed.

“I’m very disappointed. I chose a GCSE course for my daughter, expecting it to be a practical course to help her pass the exams, but it turned out to be just a guide. I tried contacting customer service by email, but no one responded. Can you please explain what’s going on with your company? I did so many other courses with Oplex Carrers in the past and it was extremely excellent but now it’s not good anymore. Please find the solution as soon as possible Many thanks Kind regards Tatjana

Very horrible service. I paid for a course but couldn't access it. I have sent mail and no response. I have called no one is answering. This is 3days now.

Your courses are not accredited so can't be used with most companies for employment
