“Courses I have purchased have been removed from my list. Unable to go back & read essential information research. Also I still had final tests to do. Guess this review will not be shown to other learners/students. I am losing faith in everything.”

“I specifically asked before purchasing excel bundle course if it was for Mac and was told yes! Only to buy it and discover the whole course instructions relate to windows not Mac at all!!! Short keys are totally different on Mac to windows so I’m having to bumble way through it working it out myself really 😡”

“I found the training ok, but it is very expensive to order the hard copies of the certificates. I only managed to order one and I realised its extremely expensive to pay 10 pounds for one piece of paper.”

“It’s okay, I’m a little disappointed as when doing grooming tools there were no actual photos so I had to go and google everything and some stuff was pretty hard to find. With the 8 main reasons to groom your dog there were no subheadings just all bullet points so after about 12 bullet points I realised the first one on every page actually should’ve been a subheading. The first module was meant to be before bathing and it had nothing to do with preparation. I think the information is good but the layout/ how it’s been put together can definitely be improved. I also enquired about the course on a different site and no one from this company actually got back to me so that’s disappointing, so if I have questions I’m not entirely confident they will actually be answered.”

“Not enough content. Ticking boxes doesnt constitute good learning experience. Much better if there were some written essays to complete, just to ensure students have a clear understanding of work”

“Half way through my course i am finding it light weight and repetitive. Disappointed it only requires me to read slides, which i could do from a book. References to research etc are not referenced, so i can't read more. Grammar and spelling mistakes with can skew meaning. Disappointing. I would not purchase again from your company. I will complete to get certificate however.”

“I only tried to start the second training. 3 days I couldnt log in. Finally I managed to log in on my mobile phone . Following day the system wanted New password. I created one Then the system locked me out. Honestly , I am fed up. I request refund. This stress is not need for me with the log in issue . Regards , Gabriella”

“I couldn’t find courses on renewal, I initially booked for gcse English and mathematics, but couldn’t find them, am still unsure whether I renewed the right course. Please constantly send a reminder email to check on progress throughout the year. Otherwise it’s all good.”

“Was under the impression that after doing this course I would end up With a level 3 qualification , so decided to do while at home after being furloughed. As a single parent wanted to better my career chances as the job I was doing might be going bankrupt, but then told By someone who works as a nursery manager that this isn’t a proper level 3 qualification for a job and Really a waste of money. I paid the £10 for. Student card I never received and £9.99 for a certificate that is no use. I also bought another course that I really can’t be bothered to do due to the situation. I’m so upset I’ve wasted so much money”

“Each time I purchase a course I have to email again to get it added to my account. I still await my certificate for a course I completed on 13th April (should take 3 days to arrive). I have chased 4 times and been ignored! The courses I completed advertise approx 70 hours of learning, they took me about 3 hours to complete from start to finish. I know people learn and study at different rates but that is ridiculous! I didn’t really learn anything new. Luckily I didn’t pay full price for any of the courses or I would have been furious! Would not recommend this company for distance learning!”

“I have passed the Contract Law course and requested my Course Transcript. The fee was paid three business days ago but I still had no response - PDF Transcript has not arrived to my email address despite the fact that I have received the receipt that my order was paid. I cannot understand why the PDF file with the Transcript cannot come for several days.”

“Stated levels are meaningless. Sign Language does not have video or interactive practice. Pictures of signs are unclear and too small. Grammar in some slides is not correct, poorly written. Titles on the Level 4 pages are the same throughout. Does not prepare well enough for signing. Levels do not align with BSL in any way.”
