Bad service. I took the course which is excellent in itself but then I ordered two hard copies of my certificate, I paid and nothing was sent to me. I have been waiting for my paper copies for a week and I wonder where they are and if in case I will be reimbursed since I have not received anything.
I tried to contact support via email but nobody ever replied. I wonder where the hard copies I ordered are and in case if I will be refunded I have not received anything. I paid for nothing.
