I like your online courses, I have one issue and that's with the lack of accessibility, there is so much text for a dyslexic its hard to read, if you could look at adding a text reader or the option to hear the text on the screen it would make your courses more accessible and a whole lot easier to work from. My basic screen reader will not work on your screens as I cannot pick up the text in the sections I need to learn from.. Just food for thought?

The courses are great and easy to understand. The problem/frustration was getting the Certificate after completing the Final Assessment as you expect after studying so hard towards it. The Certificate was not sent for weeks. Many reminder messages and emails were not answered. Eventually, the customer support team on Live Chat responded telling that the system has no record of the Final Assessment and was told it had to be taken again. I wish this was told immediately or responding to the messages and email as I am sure many of the participant are from countries apart fro the UK so time difference to call and finacial implication. The Certificate was eventually given after appearing in the Assessment for the second time. Whilst as mentioned above, the courses are of a high calibre and useful, the long delay in obtaining the certificate creates a reluctance to register for other great courses. Perhaps, the organisers can help to explain and remove this so the other courses can be registered. Thank you.

I have enjoyed the courses on Oplex but unable to copy the course on to a word document as I take a long time in reading. I used to be able to do it but that stopped for some reason. Please bring that facility back. For that areason, it is a 3/5 otherwise it would have been a full 5/5.

I feel that there is too much time wasted, in having a student to wait for their login details We ought to be able to commence a course right away as we can do with other learning sites. This is something that would definitely make me avoid your site for courses in future. Thank you Zahira barok

I found the course fairly easy to navigate but getting registered, started and final assessments was harrowing. I had cause to ask a question but got now answer. I know that most of this is because I’m not computer savvy but I don’t think I would be the only person who is not under 50 yrs who would have this difficulty. I will possibly try and there course after Christmas now I have a pathway.

Full of grammar errors, information being overlapped all over the place as well as repetitive information. Who ever created the test probably ran out of time or creativity leading to some questions not making sense or atleast their answers.

My last course, as with others had some terrible spelling mistakes in the slides. Sometimes the grammar is not correct making it difficult to understand the point that is being made, very confusing at times! Some of the questions at the end of the course are repeated and are a bit ambiguous. The course content is good.

The quality of spelling on my TA Level 2 course was rather poor to say the least, I am hoping for better on my Level 3

I bought payroll management module but the content was not very good, not well organized. The content is also not updated, they are still showing min. Wage from 2015. Not very satisfied with quality of content.

My current course is great. And I'm doing well so far. But I have another course which I'm a bit disappointed in ( Microsoft excell) as if you don't have software for the course. You have to subscribe to it for a month and then if you forget to cancel the subscription you will be paying another 80 pounds. I think it should be part of the course fee. And to make it worse you have to leave your card details

I do not get any response back from Oplex whenever I send an email with queries. This is very frustrating and energy sapping because it holds me back from my studies. Still waiting.
