“I found the course fairly easy to navigate but getting registered, started and final assessments was harrowing. I had cause to ask a question but got now answer. I know that most of this is because I’m not computer savvy but I don’t think I would be the only person who is not under 50 yrs who would have this difficulty. I will possibly try and there course after Christmas now I have a pathway.”

“Full of grammar errors, information being overlapped all over the place as well as repetitive information. Who ever created the test probably ran out of time or creativity leading to some questions not making sense or atleast their answers.”

“My last course, as with others had some terrible spelling mistakes in the slides. Sometimes the grammar is not correct making it difficult to understand the point that is being made, very confusing at times! Some of the questions at the end of the course are repeated and are a bit ambiguous. The course content is good.”

“I bought payroll management module but the content was not very good, not well organized. The content is also not updated, they are still showing min. Wage from 2015. Not very satisfied with quality of content.”

“My current course is great. And I'm doing well so far. But I have another course which I'm a bit disappointed in ( Microsoft excell) as if you don't have software for the course. You have to subscribe to it for a month and then if you forget to cancel the subscription you will be paying another 80 pounds. I think it should be part of the course fee. And to make it worse you have to leave your card details”

“well i was very please until i ordered my hard copy of my certificate to find i received the wrong result on my certificate. i have been in touch through email twice and still havent had a response? not impressed and was going to pay for any other course”

“I sent an email asking a question about what i am actually now qualified as but i have been ignored . The course its self was good and i enjoyed doing it but the customer services obviously needs an update.”

“I have spotted few mistakes in your courses. Softly said it is annoying to see mistakes in your tests! Unfortunately I did not record more photos. I enjoyed your courses overall but inevitably should keep in mind that some information you are giving need to be double checked. Thank you”

“I purchased the criminology course which has been very good but I found the first part of the course was very American based court room law and not British court room but I’m sure it’s all very similar and gives you an understanding of court room procedure.”

“I have completed your foundation, professional and masters TEFL courses. I found the content good, however there were some grammatical errors in the text. Also I am now looking to find a job teaching English in Spain. I have contacted yourselves and have been told that you are unable to assist with this, however when I contact other providers I am advised to go back to the company I did the TEFL course with. Do you have any advice? Thanks”
