“The type of courses you offer are short, low-level qualifications that assist a person's CV. They are not designed, nor should be used to promote high-level employment. They are a "boost" to other more formal qualifications. E.G, I did Mental health at Work Law, as I am a mentasl health first aid officer at work, which is low level 6, but is boosted to my law degree (LL.B Hons).”

“I found the course I did interesting and informative but unfortunately there were so many spelling, grammar and wording mistakes in it I found it difficult to understand at times and to read it a number of times to try and make sense of it. If I had failed the exam because of these mistakes I wouldnt have been very happy at all.”

“I find the resources easy to find and access. It is good value for money. However, the resources should be more diverse. There are no other options then read through. It should be a mix to keep students engaged. The Lesson planning course is a good attempt to that. There are some spelling mistakes (I found them mostly on the HLTA course) and references to laws that have been updated, for example, GDPR was updated in 2018 but there is no reference to that. In my opinion the curriculum team should have a look trough and updated the resources accordingly.”

“One of the questions was about sheep that flock tightly together and all through the studying it stated merinos. When the four options came up they weren't on there and on checking my notes I couldn't find another breed. I feel this has affected my score!”

“I have purchased more courses. Unfortunately, you have a technical problem and my last course is not being added to my account. So I have two accounts now. However, the courses are very good and I like the prices as well.”

“Good course for absolute beginner's. It would be good if the course stipulated that the term mental health is not confused with mental health issues, we all have mental health.”

“Last year i bought some courses, and unfortunately i havent got round to finishing them. I logged in to extend them 2 days before they expired and 2 of the courses were not there. I emailed requesting help. But now they have expired.”

“The only issue was the spelling, grammar and sentence structuring in the slides and the tests. Also, one of the final exam answers came up as incorrect when it was stated as correct in the module test. For 24 pounds it was a good course, but I would haven been very disappointed if I'd paid two hundred and forty pounds for iyt.”

“Bought first aid for puppies and dogs course.very repetitive information slides .got to module 9 it froze .will try again today to finish it.”

“Just completed the First Aid For Dogs and Puppies course. Found the information interesting and relevant however some of it was repeated and not in the most systematic order. We also found some of the final assessment questions not to match up to the content we had just learnt, (e.g. claiming Kennel Cough isn't contagious when actually it's highly contagious!) Perhaps the way the questions are phrased should be re-evaluated to save confusion. Thank you”
