“I enjoyed the course, however I found several typo and grammar mistakes which should have been corrected.”

The course notes are developed by our tutor team and is then handed over to another member of the team to proof and check through. While we aim for spelling and other errors to be 100% free in the materials, sometimes such mistakes can be missed. “I'd like to give the courses a 'good' rating, given the prices, but the standard of grammar and sentence structure in some of them is very, very poor. If you don't have a basic understanding of the subject this can prove problematic. Also, some of the questions in the end of module tests are repeated. Yes, the courses are well priced and in some cases, very informative. When providing online courses, proof reading material is a basic necessity. It's good that purchasers are reminded when their course is coming to an end but this also has been muddled in my case. Some of the images are outdated and do not reflect a multicultural, multi sized, neuro diverse etc society. It is common knowledge that there is a very high proportion of mature students and disabled students. Some of the images can be off putting while you're trying to read e.g. a woman grinning inanely.”

“I completed this course in 3 hours. I only paid £29 for it so wasn't to bad as I like learning but did feel you could just look up information on the Internet for free and get just as much information. I wouldn't really recommend paying for this course and just research ociariobal therapy online instead.”

“i signed up during lockdown last year, the courses state tutor support but not true. i srnt over 9 emails and rang several times noone to this date replied to any of my emails. Luckily i passed my course but no tutor support given”

“The slides were easy to follow. The questions in the quizzes were more or less reasonable apart from some that seemed slightly odd - why is it necessary to know how many steps it takes to open a Twitter account? But the element I found really surprising is that the grammar and style used in many of the slides is really quite bad, were they written by native English speakers. I'd be happy to edit them if you like.”

“Very fast and efficient service when initially signing up for a course. I feel my course is lacking pictures and videos which would greatly enhance the written material - I have had to Google several things for a clearer explanation - and would make the learning less monotonous.”

“I took the canine nutrition class I have a service dog in it important for me to understand his nutritional needs. I was excited about this class because I wanted to ensure my dogs howl and make sure I was doing the right thing by him since he helps me and my day-to- day life. This class help me do that thank you. I only wish there was an advanced class to do with it. Do the company's communication skills need some work I had trouble getting the payment options to function on the site even after calling my bank.”

“The service is good, but the course got lots of gramme and spelling mistakes, you need to review it and make it more efficient and professional, to be honest I won't have another course with you. I found loads of other providers with the same fees but more much better. Thanks”

“The Mindfunessl course was fun and I found it quite easy to do. I completed it within one week. I did notice some mistakes, which was referring to the walking meditation as music meditation constantly and some history dates seeming to be incorrect. Overall a good course for a very inexpensive course. I enjoyed learning again and I found the information useful.”

“While the contents of each module had some substance, the exams did not really test as much knowledge as they could have and the pass rate is very low. There were obvious spelling and grammatical errors and questions that were not well worded throughout the course. Other than that, I enjoyed it.”

“The course, while well-structured, was totally marred by absolutely incorrect spelling and elementary mistakes in grammar. It was shocking . Was it translated from another language by an internet translation programme, with no oversight? Having an entire module dedicated to stress and anxiety was not essential.”

“Easy to learn. Only thing is, that I was expecting more photos or videos of how to do make up or what brushes should look like for what use, also how to apply make up on different type of eyes, also how to deal with mature skin. In this course is only theory.”

“Completed a couple of courses overall was really good easy to follow would recommend , only issue is still waiting for cirtificates one pdf and two hard copies which are paid for but still not recieved”

“The course had some good points but I found it was repeating a lot of the information which was too long.The modules were broken up into too may modules which were too long.However there were some good information init.”
