“The course is very useful, but sage 50 don't have all the toolbars that I need to learn for units. And I have emailed to your email address and I didn't received a response ,not for this issue and not for a question regarding certificates.”

“I AM ONLY GIVING ACCEPTABLE BECAUSE I ASKED A COUPLE OF QUESTIONS WHEN SOMETHING WENT WRONG WITH THE LATEST COURSE I GOT AN ANSWER BACK TO ONE NOT THE OTHER BUT THE ANSWER STILL DID NOT CORRECT THE PROBLEM SO RESENT THE EMAIL AND AS OF NOW HAVE NOT HAD A REPLY. DST”

“I found the Minute Taking course fairly useful, but it was very basic. I completed all training sections and the final test in about 1 hour, and passed with 95%. I have never done minute taking so it was a good intro, but sayings it a 40hr course worth £200 is a lie.”

“It was easy to book on the creative writing course and easy to navigate the student portal. All good. I started the course and in modules one and two I was quite shocked at the bad spelling and bad grammar in a course supposedly helping me to write. I haven’t got further. The content of the course so far has been good.”

“The course content is very helpful. The questions at the end of each module are disappointing; misleading in their phrasing so, whilst I have a strong grasp of the subject, I have had marks deducted.”

“The content was ok, aimed at early years mostly (under 6). The anger management module was useful. It is predominantly aimed at parents who are willing and want to help their children. It would be useful to suggest ways others, such as grandparents, can help when parents don’t. My main bug bear is the poor grammar in the course material which holds the course back. It should be carefully proof red by at least two people. Luckily I paid the sale price. It’s is not worth the full price.”

“Purchased the level 3 nursery nurse course, but soon learned it’s not an actual government accepted qualification. Got a refund within the same day of purchasing. I asked their online chat if it’s an official qualification and they said no, it’s just training. Upon asking Ofsted and other official universities and colleges, they informed me the courses here are merely training as well - not the proper qualifications you need for some roles such as working with children. Some professions may accept these courses as qualifications, but ask your intended career people first before buying these courses! If you already have the official government accepted qualifications, the courses Oplex offers may be accepted as further training once you are fully qualified. Do your own research first.”

“Very good content - However many spelling mistakes (letter missing on title of courses), grammar mistakes ("there was" instead of "there is"), punctuation mistakes (many occurences of the possessive apostrophe misplaced) and recurrent typos like a capital "I" in any title containing an "i" or a "j" makes you wonder if you can use the certificates as widely recognised proofs of study.”

“The course was great but I didn’t have much access to all the portal opportunities as described on the website. On completion, I did not receive my certificate in the form of PDF, as described on the description and my only option was to purchase the hard copy, which I was going to do but I’m having to scan the certificate to attach as a supportive document when applying for things. A little disappointed. I am looking at another course but not sure whether I should, as there were a few minor negatives.”
