The bed had a small damage mark and one head board slat had been poorly manufactured. can't comment on customer service as it was to much hastle to repack and return an oak bed and it was needed for guests.
The package was undamaged so it had obviously been packed that way (so much for quality controle)
Unfortunately i am pleased with the bed but very dissapointed with the issues.
