“Bought a pendant lamp shade. The web site is easy to navigate and has lots of choice. The price of the lamp was very competitive and communication prior to delivery was excellent. The shade arrived quickly and on time. It was very well packaged and in pristine condition. I would recommend Online Lighting. A good seller!”

“Fantastic online shopping experience, the light fittings look even better in person.. I was so impressed I bought all the light fittings for our renovation. “I returned a light worth £100 two months ago and I have still not received my refund. I have contacted customer services multiple times and I have provided proof of postage and a returns confirmation email and I still have not received a refund. I wouldn’t usually chase a refund up but £100 is a lot of money which I’m sure most will agree.”

As I am sure you understand in circumstances such as these we have a process to follow. Unfortunately your returned parcel did not reach us. We do understand you dropped it off and it was picked up by our nominated carrier and then was lost in transit from that point. This of course is very regrettable and a most unusual occurrence also.
