“I placed an order on 22nd April which was due to arrive on 12th May, this did not arrive so I called but no one ever answers or returns my calls. So I emailed you on 17th May and you promised delivery on 25th May, again no delivery so I emailed again and you promised 7th June but still didn’t arrive. So I have since tried calling and emailing and no one has got back to me as I would like my money back!!! Absolute shambles!!!!”

“Products look good value and a great range. 1 grumble was delivery condition. I received x 2 6ft LED Batten lights and the packaging was open and squashed even though labelled FRAGILE!, the APC driver said it was like that when he picked them up from depot? The products inside were undamaged and thankfully worked. Obsevation: The box they were sent out in was too big (could probably get x 6 in) so maybe pack some cardboard into the box to incease integrity. Positive note: Lights are installed and work great!!!”
