“Burke Bros, where the breakdown company, the gentleman that arrived was very polite and helpful. He listened to use and then took us to a petrol station where we put some fuel in our car as the problem was our fuel senor was indicating that we were out of fuel even though there was about 7 litres in the tank. The car started and we drove home safely. Which almost meant the guy didn't have a 170 mile round trip to do, and meant he could go and rescue someone else from a very busy M6 motorway. Thank you.”

“Our rescuer was Simon from BT Recovery Ltd. He was knowledgeable, polite and friendly and arrived in super quick time. This was a great relief as I had broken down with my 90 year old mother and two dogs on a hot summer day. Thank you Simon and BT Recovery, my Mum told me she had a really lovely afternoon, breaking down outside a nice country pub and then an exciting ride with Simon in his big truck! I had to laugh!”

“I was disappointed that when I broke down and rang one call, they were closed. Therefore I had to pay for my own breakdown to get my car home. Paid for a service and had to pay £130 to get my car home.”

“Agent arrived slightly before due time to recover my car in a busy supermarket car park. He did an excellent job with shoppers in their cars all around! Well done that man. took car to garage and unloaded it in desired place for consideration of repairs. Both pick and drop off hampered by frozen hand brake but the agent had the kit to easily deal with this problem. Could never had accomplished this with a tow I was offfered by a friend. Pleased I called OneCall.”

“I use the vehicle recovery service from my policy last week. I was surprised to find recover is only valid for 10 miles from the home address, so not much value really. Then the phone operative would not continue the conversation until I paid an additional £150 on the phone. Since then I am still waiting the delivery of the payment confirmation. The service worked but at the point of use, but the additional costs at point of use leave a bad taste.”

“It was excellent. I was very worried as I was on my own and a pensioner. I had several phone calls with an operator and every call was received with politeness and understanding of my situation. I couldn't fault it. They delivered on every account.”
