“After Breaking down on the M3 on the 19th June I made a call to One Call rescue . All my details where taken including additional costs the time was 6.50am . I was told my recovery driver would be with me within the next hour and a half . So I waited and waited the hour and half came and went I received no up dates so I rang one call again and was told your recovery driver will now be with you at 9.30 hopefully 🙏 . Again 9.30am came and went and I called one call to be told just wait . The recovery driver eventually turned up at 10.30 , 3hours 40 mins after I first made a call to ONE CALL . I don’t think this is really fare or exceptable .”

“The customer service was great we did not have to very long every went very smoothly and car and us were taken home via the break down rescue who eas very polite and friendly. We were helped by BA3 who was very helpful and friendly. .”

“We had a lovely driver come to save us called Tony. Hes been amazing and calming. I have autism. So my clutch going near Exeter was not the best end to outlet trip away. Tony has been brillaint. We learned a lot about the areas we drove through on route. Hes been a dream and most importantly, we are home safe, and so is the car”

“Burke Bros, where the breakdown company, the gentleman that arrived was very polite and helpful. He listened to use and then took us to a petrol station where we put some fuel in our car as the problem was our fuel senor was indicating that we were out of fuel even though there was about 7 litres in the tank. The car started and we drove home safely. Which almost meant the guy didn't have a 170 mile round trip to do, and meant he could go and rescue someone else from a very busy M6 motorway. Thank you.”

“Our rescuer was Simon from BT Recovery Ltd. He was knowledgeable, polite and friendly and arrived in super quick time. This was a great relief as I had broken down with my 90 year old mother and two dogs on a hot summer day. Thank you Simon and BT Recovery, my Mum told me she had a really lovely afternoon, breaking down outside a nice country pub and then an exciting ride with Simon in his big truck! I had to laugh!”
