“3 hour waiting time too long”

“Easy to contact. I was especially happy with actual human assistance on the phone. Very helpful, thorough and kind. Professional but super friendly The first rescue man was great although he was unable to get the car going he diagnosed the fault. The vehicle rescue man Colin from Furness, was utterly brilliant. Exactly what you need when your car is playing up. A breath of fresh air. Thank you to the whole team”

“Breakdown cover that is about as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike! No roadside assistance no mechanics to diagnose & repair to get you on your way, recovery only to a local garage which was 90 miles away from home. I purchased the Gold cover which obviously must mean fools gold, good luck with the basic free cover, will not be paying for it again.”

“Very happy with the service and the call out. Arrived to me within the hour, got me started but as it was a larger fix they were the only garage able to take the car on short notice to fix properly. Can’t fault them, very pleased. BM5.”

“Wasn't happy I had to pay £55 on top. Would have been nice to sort out over the phone rather than website. Internet very slow in the countryside. However mechanic arrived early and was excellent.”

“I had to wait 5 hours to get picked up I was told it would be between 50 and 60 minutes I was in the middle of nowhere, so I was not happy”

“I called up expecting to be rescued off A11 but was told that I was not eligible to be rescued! I was sold breakdown cover when I joined one call and no one told me I couldn’t be covered for a motorhome. I was left very worried and upset. I certainly won’t be renewing!”

“Call answered quickly and roadside assistance arrived promptly. Although repair could not be carried out the transfer to a garage of my choice was easy and meant I had my car back on the road quickly”
